Answer:	No. This would be the case with most clocks whereby you would need to remove the batteries to prevent accidental button pressing. The travel lock means you do not need to reset the time, everything remains the same, just the buttons are no longer operable. Note that the alarm, if set, will still go off!

Answer:	It puts out a lot of air at low setting so I wouldn't worry about nitpicking RPM speeds. Also the fan hum is quiet at low and bearable at medium speeds.

Answer:	There's no built-in rechargeable battery, but you can connect the fan to a rechargeable power bank. That will make it portable. I checked the fan's power consumption using a USB tester. At low speed, it consumed from 0.2-0.3 amps, at medium speed 0.45-0.55 amps and at high, between 0.85 and 1 amps. You can get a 5000mah power bank for around $10-15 and experiment how long the fan lasts at different speeds (higher fan speeds will run down the power bank faster).

Answer:	I would say so. On low in a quiet room it is pretty quiet and you can feel air from more than a meter away. High has a little motor noise but still a bit less than an 18" pedestal fan. Medium is in between. The air flow is very directional, aiming it at your stomach gives low air flow to your face, which could help with any noise at your mic. Nice little fan.

Question:	Just ordered these & didn't know until I read a comment they don't fit on standard dowel closet rod. Appreciate ideas how to work around that
Answer:	No because mice tend to run along walls so they would be more inclined to enter it. I have used it with and without bait.

Answer:	does not kill mice but you can put decon in the trap for them to eat

Answer:	I would assume you could place it outside although I would not place it outside in the cold as it is open to the elements along the side - tiny holes, but open. I would not place it where I would not remember to check it because the mice can't get out (hence the trap) but they can't eat or drink and slowly starving to death is pretty cruel for any live creature. If killing mice is the object, a quicker death is more humane. Also note that wild animals could be attracted to this trap if mice are inside it and could move or carry the trap elsewhere unless it was secured to the site you place it, it is not that heavy. I have caught many mice in this trap and let them go far away from any homes, it is an effective and humane trap. Hope that was helpful.
