Question: Would they work under an electric recliner chair
Answer: I don't know for sure. I would think the metal might push thru the plastic. you could try putting a piece of wood under the leg first and then use the risers. in my case I had to turn the big ones upside down as my couch has a large piece of wood for the leg and if I used it the way it should be the couch slide off the riser. good luck

Question: I don't understand the description where it says "up to 2 inches" in elevation. are they adjustable
Answer: I'm using them on a wrought iron day bed. The legs of the bed are square, and it is very heavy. These work fine.
Question: will these work for 4 by 4 inch bed legs
Answer: It depends on the recliner's legs. If they are individual post-type legs (not sure that's the proper term), they should work. Be careful the recliner doesn't exert any sideways force on the lifts; they are designed to support mostly vertical force.
Question: It says here that it lifts up to 2''. I actually need less than that (1'); can it be done with these? If not,is there any other product on the market
Answer: That's how my sofa legs are, and it worked great. Of course, the legs must fit in the top of the lift.
