Answer:	It depends how big of a water fall you’re looking for. The tube isn’t very big. It will definitely pump it up there (tube is about 2 feet), but not a significant “Waterfall” amount of water comes out. Unless you’re filling an area with water that will then fall, I’d go bigger. I use this filter to move about 2 gallons of water, and it’s no rapids.

Answer:	My experience has included the manipulation of the unit in various circumstances, including fully submerged in water. My conclusion would be a "yes" as, all indications are that it is.

Answer:	It could be used in an aquarium. I think there are better options though. This pump was designed for ‘clean’ water and as a pump to lift water for like a fountain. Answer:	The sewn sleeve is 3 1/4" wide (I've just measured it) so I believe that it should fit a 2 1/2" rod.Hope that helps you.

Answer:	There are two pockets so you can decide which one to use. Each pocket is 2 inches. I put the standard rod in the bottom pocket and ruffle up the top one. However, it would be fine to use the top pocket which makes the valence hang a little lower.

Answer:	I ordered 4 for 2-40” windows and only need 2 each. One for each window, that will look like the picture. 2 will be more bunched up if you like that and they will fit.

Answer:	The biggest energy demand with this appliance occurs when it brings a tank of cold water up to temperature. Overcoming all that thermal inertia is much harder work than simply replacing the small amount of energy that "leaks" out of the the appliance over time. If your jar pot is sized appropriately for your usage leave it on. If you have too large a unit (is this possible? ; ) or too small a unit, and are concerned about energy consumption, you may want to purchase something more appropriate to your demands. If you are going on a long vacation, you may want to unplug it, but I suggest that you also empty the pot and leave the lid open or off to prevent development of bad tastes, mold, etc.,. We have had our current pot in continuous operation since 2013. It is used heavily, and is never unplugged. About two weeks ago I had to replace the lid seal (readily available from Zo) which took all of five minutes. That is the only maintenance we have needed in approximately 52,560 hours of uninterrupted operation. Not too shabby. Feel free to leave it up and running. No one should have to wait for coffee.

Answer:	Yes, it's BPA free. My husband bought this and is very conscientious when it comes to food safety, lead, aluminum, BPA in plastics, etc. We absolutely LOVE this hot water dispenser! We keep it on our counter, plugged in, and use it every day for 1 cup coffee, tea, oatmeal, etc. IMPORTANT! We only use Reverse Osmosis water in it. Tap water has a lot of mineral deposits which will build up and degrade the product. Our first one lasted over 15 years! Hope this helps!

Here are some tips for you:

1.Why does the pump barely pumping any water ?

We recommend placing the pump in a reasonable work area :

The shallowest from the horizontal plane is 10cm and the deepest is 50cm.



2.It makes loud noise while the pumping.

The reason may be that the fish feed is blocking the pump water port, and it needs to be removed and cleaned immediately to avoid burning the motor.

BTW, we recommend placing the pump in deepest work area.



3.Can the light be separated from the pump?

No, they can't

Answer:	Light gray, only slightly darker than the kettle itself. You can wind the cord around the underside of the base of the appliance, so it is out of sight.

Answer:	Just got this for Petmate Deluxe Fresh Flow fountain; pump came installed w/a 1/2"(outside diameter) nozzle which you can slowly twist out & replace it w/the 1/4" nozzle (it is placed loose in pump box along w/no instructions for its purpose...you can see it in some of the pictures for this item). If I had not read a review here I would've not know this & would've thought pump wouldn't work w/my cat fountain.
