Answer:	Hmmm....great question! There is a bottom support that is detachable and fits into the bottom of the bin. If you stack them on their side the bottom support helps the bin keep its shape but once you put things inside they would start to sag on the side (which would be the bottom if you stacked them that way).

Answer:	When stacked, the front opening is 4 1/2 inches high to bottom of upper basket, by 8 inches across at lower opening and 9 inches across at upper opening. If you look at the picture, you will see the front opening is kind of like an upside down trapezoid. Hope that makes sense. I have no problem reaching in to put or take onions or potatoes. Because I was using bottom 2 for those items, my husband made me some flat thin plywood pieces cut to fit the bottom of baskets to put in onions. I use the top basket for packets of gravy, seasoning mixes, noodle packs, dip packs, etc.

Answer:	I do not know what kind of plastic it is made of, but consider that the glue selection is more important. Old fashioned rubber cement has an adhesive applied to each part and stuck together, while more modern glues bond at the molecular level and may not be compatable to both surfaces. I believe it is a polymer, but the mold release might not be compatable to some glues. Another option is self adhesive velcro applied to each part and then stuck together my mechanical fastening. Question:	Are the tops sold separately
Answer:	No, unfortunately the tops are NOT sold separately, either on Amazon or anywhere else -- and I've searched.
Question:	Just purchased and comments say it's only 1 storage box with lid, ad shows and says set of 6. So am I receiving 6 bins with lids
Answer:	Read the options carefully. You can select the option for 1, 4 or 6. If you selected the option for 6, then you will get 6.
Question:	Can these store food in a commercial freezer
Answer:	If you do, ensure that the food that you put into the bin is stored inside an air tight container. Some of my bins have outgassed so badly that linens smell really, really bad.
Question:	Why are these so hard to find? Are they being discontinued
Answer:	Get them at Target, $8 for the 10 gallon size!

Answer:	Hi there! I wouldn’t put these in the wash, they have a plastic type lining on the inside, so you can easily wipe clean with a damp cloth. Hope this helps! :-)
