Answer:	Hi there, thank you for your question! The lowest range setting for this model is 8-10 feet. Indoor use is only recommended at the owners’ discretion. Be sure you have plenty of room for your dog to chase the ball indoors. Clear away any obstacles that could get in the way of your dog playing. Do not use the Ball Launcher near delicate or breakable items. If your dog has long nails, be aware of damage that may occur to a carpet or wood floor. Do not use the Ball Launcher on a surface that could potentially be damaged.

Answer:	We don't have a clue what a 473 ml tall boy beer can is...this will crush standard 12 or 16 oz U.S. soda and beer cans.

Answer:	I trashed it. It broke 2 times in a short period of time. Waste of money.

Answer:	No, because the crushed can has to fall through the back, so it needs to be mounted up and off the ground with a container under it to catch the crushed cans.

Answer:	Purchased this set March 2020, dimensions are smaller than the picture shows. Small container at base, where the picture shows measurement, is 5 in. (L) x 3.25 in. (W) x 6 in. (H); Large container is 7.5 in (L) x 5 in. (W) x 6 in. (H).

Answer:	Haven't had this issue. A suggestion is to check the rubber or silicone seal in the lid, make sure it's fully seated in the groove of the lid. I believe you should be able to spin it 180° and it still seal properly

Answer:	That's an excellent question, Kailey! The batteries can last for about 70 days with daily usage. Please note though, once the Automatic Ball Launcher is turned on, it will operate for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes has elapsed, it will go into a sleep mode for 15 minutes, before turning back on for another 15 minutes of play. This process will repeat until the Automatic Ball Launcher is turned off.
Question:	will this fit a pair of size 12/13 tennis shoes/sneakers
Answer:	Thanks for your question, Nate! We have not tested our Automatic Ball Launcher with that specific brand. With that being said, it is designed to work standard size tennis balls, 2 5/8” in diameter.
