Question:	Does anyone have problems with being able to drink all contents? I just got a 16-oz hot bev cup. No problems with the seal at all, but it seems like once I get to about 1/2 of coffee/tea left, no more liquid comes out of the drinking hole, and I have to remove the lid to finish the beverage. Answer:	The handle is about 5 inches and the bristles are one third inch on the short side and three quarters on the long side.

Answer:	It’s good for applying it with precision perfect for under the eye. It’s small so don’t expect a full coverage blend like the bigger brushes.

Answer:	No this particular item does not, there are others that you can buy through Amazon that do come with the flimsy plastic lids. I prefer to just wrap my stuff in foil it keeps it warmer than the lids do. I hope this helps!

Answer:	I put coffee already made in there, but not in the filter. I wouldn't know, I haven't tried it that way.

Answer:	I researched this before answering you and found either no information or that it was not microwaveable. Not one source said it was safe to microwave. If memory serves, i believe the leaflet that came with this thermal said it was not microwaveable. Still a nice product though!

Answer:	Never done it but guess you could carefully wash along the edges of the sleeve without damaging it. Not sure if you take the sleeve off, you could put it back in place as tightly as before.

Answer:	I would not recommend to use the outer container in microwave. Even though it is made from PP5, there is clearly a do-not-microwave symbol under the bottom.

Answer:	I'm not exactly sure, but I'm assuming it's the metal that incubates it. Just make sure it's not super hot when you close the lid down because it could spoil.

Question:	Can you purchase a replacement lid. One of mine was broken when it arrived and I’ve had no response from the seller
Answer:	When there is a vacuum in the space, there are no molecules which the heat can transfer through. Therefore, the contents inside stay at their original temperature for a relatively long time. So usually vacuum insulated lunch box can keep good warm longer than regular insulated lunch box which has PU foam in between layers.
Question:	Do the sleeves come off of these mugs or are they permanently attached
Answer:	It will keep food warm for 2-4 hours. Please note there are a couple of things that will affect the insulation: (1), at least fill 3/4 of the lunch box for a better insulation capability. (2), heat the food to a temperature high enough in order to provide a good insulation result. Thanks.

Answer:	It is not that insulation. I might Microwave a Blue Pack, and put it in the bottom of the felted part, under the Bento. Also, warm the bento container with hot water and dry quick, before adding food. If you can, maybe add a dish towel to absorb absorb condensation from the cold.
