Answer:	It's 17 inches tall measured with Lufkin my tape measure.This does not count the additional height for the 3/4" handles, which doesn't matter since they will pull off quickly anyway, being very poorly attached. Easy to fix, but one should not have to pay over 20 bucks for a plastic bucket that they have to quickly repair.

Answer:	My wife and I have had a pair of these for months now. We have used them with cans and bottles. I can comfortably say that a bottle of beer in this thing, stays frosty for at least 30 minutes. Cold for well over an hour. Drinkable for up to three hours. Our biggest "complaint" is that we never know how close we are to getting to the bottom. Usually, the temperature of the liquid changes enough you can tell when the bottle is getting close to being empty. With these, I am always surprised when the bottle is empty as the last sip is as cold as the first.
