Answer:	Does not chop ice too fine for a drink. I use it mainly for cocktails.

Answer:	I don't know about jello, but I have trouble getting ice cubes out. The seller said to not let the water melt any before bending and twisting the tray and that should get most of them out. I tried that along with folding and beating it on the counter but I still had to pull a lot of them out with my fingers. I wish the trays worked better because I like the size but it's too much trouble to remove the cubes, so I don't use them.

Answer:	I'm not sure the dimensions, but I can tell you I wouldn't buy these again. The lids are really hard to seal for adults, and pretty impossible for kids.

Answer:	I bought this product 3 years back and I called the company (located in Rhode Island at that time). Spoke to one of the product managers (not customer service). He sent me a few directly as a good will gesture. But I dont recommend this item for kids less than 6 years old. The lids are difficult to close and often my kids leave them open spilling stuff in their lunch bags. Besides, we never used the ice packs despite getting them. Best would be to enclose the containers in a larger bag with a bigger ice pack that is most likely to work.
