Answer:	The first set we got had a few tabs break. I was impressed enough with the concept of using just one tray instead of umpteen lids and containers that I bought a couple dozen more (6 school age children) they are more cheaply made. They are busting at corners , lids cracking and they don't fit the containers/lids from previous purchase. I came looking to see if they've fixed these issues but don't see that they have. :( now I'm not sure what direction to go....

Question:	Is the shoulder strap removable
Answer:	One side of the strap is securely sewn into the side of the bag. It looks like if you were careful you could cut it off just above the sewn in part. On the other side, there is a sewn in piece with a small plastic "loop" or "bracket" that the strap goes through (and then doubles back to its own brackets for adjustability of length, like on a fanny pack or the waist strap on many backpacks).
Question:	Is this really 15" wide? That's huge, but the photo looks small and this says a "medium" bag
Answer:	No. It's not that wide. Actually, it's only 10 inches wide.
Question:	Is this product able to hold up to two standard rectangular containers along with a few others
Answer:	Rectangular lunch containers? Definitely. See my review, these are actually a little too large for my liking.
Question:	Items says it can be carried either over the shoulder or handheld. Can over the shoulder strap be adjusted to handheld? Looks too long
Answer:	In my experience (and as mentioned in my review, I believe), I find it an awkward length in either position; but technically yes, it can be adjusted. As a 5'6" guy, I find that fully lengthening the strap, it's just a bit too short to hang crossbody. Meanwhile, if you shorten it, the strap hangs too far, like what I can only describe as a woman's very large purse. I eventually just settled for keeping it long and dealing with it hitting me well-above the hip.
