Question:	Does anyone have problems with being able to drink all contents? I just got a 16-oz hot bev cup. No problems with the seal at all, but it seems like once I get to about 1/2 of coffee/tea left, no more liquid comes out of the drinking hole, and I have to remove the lid to finish the beverage. To this point, this ruins
Answer:	When the cup starts getting down to around 1/2 way empty, your nose starts touching and blocking the little air vent in the center of the lid. This prevents liquid flow. Once you realize that this is the problem, you’ll become aware, and avoid pressing your nose against the air vent hole. TIP: You could drill another small hole up towards the opposite edge from the mouth hole. I’d drill it 1/2 way in between the current center hole and the outer edge, to avoid interfering with the seal.

Answer:	Yes, it does retain carbonation. I have had seltzer water, ice and lime slices in mine and it stayed cold, icy and bubbly for at least 2 hours. I'm sure it would've lasted longer, but I drank it by then.

Answer:	It presses in. It is a very tight silicone seal, nothing leaks. You do need to open the 'vent' to make removing the lid easier if you have a hot beverage in it.

Answer:	I honestly don’t use the straw. I replaced it w/ a stainless steel one. But from what I remember it is pretty soft, wide and flexible

Answer:	No, but the silicone ring for the straw can be removed to allow for a larger straw (for boba) to fit. Unfortunately, it will not longer be sealed at the straw opening in this application.

Answer:	the key to keeping the Contigo hotter longer is all boiling water in the cup with lid on for about 15 minutes, it will keep your drink hot for 8 plus hours and warm for 2 to 4 more. that's my experience with it, i got two.

Question:	Can you shake a drink with a closed lid, without spilling
Answer:	I received the 20 oz tumbler with magslider lid for Christmas. It is NOT leak proof. If it turns over or is tilted in your purse or bag, it will and does leak! I just called YETI (01/02/2018) in Austin, Texas and asked about this and they confirmed it is not leak proof. If you need something leak proof, they said to get a YETI with the scree on lid! The magslider is not a good product if you need something that does not leak.
Question:	what i want to know is does it truley hold 20 ounces? The ozark trail claims 20 ounces but only holds 16(18 ounces if filled to rim
Answer:	Mine holds 18oz with the lid on. You could put 20oz into it without the lid on and it would be right to the rim; but, good luck moving it to drink.
