Question:	For anyone who has bought these recently, are they a clear liquid now, or still purple? The image looks clear
Answer:	Purple and they smell horrible
Question:	Are there any phenols in these? I worry for my small sized pets
Answer:	Small animals like rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, gerbils and birds, have very sensitive respiratory systems. This means many oils - eucalyptus for one - can cause infections and even death. Candles are just as bad. The package says to keep in a well-ventilated room. Now worried about myself! Animal testing for this product is unknown. Safer alternatives: air freshener cones, Damprid hangers which come in Lavender, a discrete bowl of orange or lemon peel, spices, baking soda, sachet mixtures (Bed Bath Beyond closet section), scented trash bags, etc... Spray fresheners are very toxic to both humans and animals. Continuous release of essential oils into the air isn't much better. Ewg.org has rated this product a D on the basis of some concern for skin irritations, asthma, and causing allergies. To me, it smells like cheap men's cologne, not lavender or chamomile which I use regularly. I purchased this product at a store and am returning it.
Question:	How do I know which air wick bottle will fit my air wick heaters? there are at least 2 sizes of bottle and they'er not inter-changeable
Answer:	Possibly because you may have done what I did when replacing the Air WIC bottles. I accidentally purchased the Glade dispenser/bottle by mistake. The manufacturers bottles are not interchangeable. They do have these new larger dispensers now but I noticed the bottles are noticeably larger. I can tell you I purchased the new Air WIC dispenser recently and it uses up fluid much faster than my older heater. Hope this helps. (P.s. Fabreeze also has these deodorizer as well that look exactly the same)
Question:	I am like many of you that are long time users of the lavender fragrance. The recent horrible reviews. Did Airwick fix the fragrance
Answer:	Unfortunately, no. I purchased a set of 5 in April 2017 and threw them all in the trash. Why on earth did the manufacturer get the "hair-braned" idea to change a good thing? Naturally, if they did in fact revert back to the old formula, they are going to deplete the new formula first. The new fragrance caused me to have a headache. The old formula was fantastic, soft, fresh. I also used the spray refills in the same fragrance. I hope they did go back to the old formula but will believe it when I smell it. All the others in the marketplace are too overpowering for me.

Answer:	This stuff is great for any glass. In the shower, no need to buff and it protects grout from mold and makes the tile slick to water. I used it on the shower door glass and it prevents soap streaking and the need to clean the glass for long periods of time.

Answer:	Be ready for a lot of rubbing. It takes awhile to properly apply the product. Easier to use a squeegee everyday to keep your glass shower clean

Answer:	The jar is very large and deep. If you use a regular match you will invariably get black soot all over your hand in an attempt to light the candle. I don't use matches, I use a barbecue lighter. Works perfectly. :)

Answer:	this does burn for about the 180 hours indicated. however, the last few are never as scented as the first. Expect the scent to only last about the first 120 or so.

Question:	How do you turn it down
Answer:	Omg you’re so cute. The top part that is grey like a dial. Turn it left. They are pretty strong on high.
Question:	My oil turns brown after a few weeks so does that mean its done and should be replaced
Answer:	A change in the color of the oil is not an indication that the refill should be replaced. Replace the refill when no scent is emitting from the warmer. The bottle may appear empty for the last few days of the life of the fragrance, but the wick will still be saturated with fragrance which will evaporate into the room in the normal way.
Question:	How much energy do the plugs draw per month
Answer:	I don’t have an exact amount of $ but I have one in 7 in my house and haven’t had an electric bill increase. I would guess they use less than a small night light . Hope this helps a little
Question:	does the apple have a strong cinnamon spicy fragrance
Answer:	We have formulated Air Wick Scented Oil Apple Cinnamon Medley’s scent to be reminiscent of the fresh baked goodness of warm spiced cinnamon apples topped with brown sugar and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Because preference and perception of scent varies for each person, it is difficult for us to say whether you would consider the cinnamon notes in this scent as strong.

Question:	I got this and i got a new oil refill and there is no scent coming out?! Could i clean this somehow
Answer:	I have the same problem. I even contacted the company and complained. I rinsed mine out carefully (and dried thoroughly)and it didn't matter. I bought more of these to switch out once in a while because the price was so good. But I find that the scent is only strong for a few days. The company said it was because I get used to the scent. Probably true. But it definitely diminishes, I think. I insert the fragrance bottle and turn the warmer holes so that they ALL are clear of the wick - so no holes show the white wick. I replace the fragrance bottles at least one a month. They go fast this way. Hope this helps.
