Answer:	It’s a bit above 1/2”. Hard for me to get down. But the drawers are easily lifted up at the front and pulled up a bit and can continue to glide out over your 1”. I love them. They are sturdy and easy to glide. Just did the lift of 1 1/2” and glide the back on mine and it worked well.

Answer:	I have smaller (shorter) things on the top cuz I positioned the top shelf at the highest option to allow for the taller things (which tend to be heavier) on the bottom, but I think it’s pretty strong and if you place your top shelf low enough to allow for things to clear the opening and top of the cabinet, it would work fine. I did recently have to clear everything out from under the sink for a plumber and I all but emptied the shelves before lifting it. I did this partially to minimize weight as I have back pain, and partially to avoid everything falling off the shelves. Were I younger and more agile, I think it would hold it all. We’re very pleased with the product! Hope this helps!

Answer:	From the wall to the innermost edge of the bar is 2 1/16”. From the wall to dead center of the rod, 2 1/4”. From the wall to the topmost edge of one of the supports, 2 3/4”. Hope this helps!
