Answer:	I do not see why not. Everything can be washed if it needs to be. It is good to brush the outside to clean it each week.

Answer:	I wear a size 6 and they fit me perfectly with a little room to spare. I would go with the 71/2.
Question:	Can the drain spout be turned off? How far does it come out from the tray
Answer:	Not the greatest, but fine for slippers.
Question:	Is the swivel drain spout long enough for a stainless steel sink with a ledge
Answer:	They come in a normal shoe box. So I think a gift bag might be better . To be honest, these were very expensive for slippers, I hated them and threw them away after one season. I didn't even want to donate them they became so yucky.

Answer:	It would work fine. The silverware holder is removable and can be placed on either of the two long edges which are identical to each other in construction. Simply spin the drainboard around underneath the rack and move the silverware holder and you should be good to go!
Question:	Does the drain board actually drain completely? Does the water puddle up on it anywhere
Answer:	Unless it is tilted, the water does not drain ... but the beauty of this set is that once the dishes dry and are removed, a quick wipe with a wet dishcloth removes all water and any water spots. The drain board has a slick glossy finish that is super easy to wipe off and keep clean.

Answer:	mine measures 12 x 19 x 4-1/2 inches.
