Answer:	Hello,the towel hook instruction is as follow. 1. Use a pencil to locate screw holes on the wall, keep them level. Drill holes then insert anchors into the wall; 2. There is a set screw on the bottom of the bracket, use hex key to loosen it, take the plate out; 3. Screw the plate into the wall with supplied screws then secure the holder to the plate, tighten the set screw with hex key. Hope this help.

Question:	Is there a measurement from the top of the bin to the top of the hooks? My moms cabinets are abour 1" larger than the cabinet, others dont close
Answer:	From the top of the bin where the bag hangs, to the top of the hooks where they slide over the door, is 1.5 inches. A shorter drop would not have worked for our cabinets. This item fits perfectly. Hope this will help with your decision.
Question:	Will this fit in a garbage can to support a plastic bag
Answer:	If your garbage can has the correct build specifications, it would work. Of course, the can would have to be wide enough so the bars have the proper room to attach. The garbage can would have to be deep enough. The lip itself at the top of the garbage can would have to be thick enough to have the top properly seated. This was designed to go over a cabinet door, but under the right circumstances it would work if placed on specific garbage cans.

Question:	What are the overall measurements
Answer:	As deployed, it is 11.25" wide, 3.25" high (top of hooks to bottom of frame, not including a bag) and 5.5" from the inside of the hooks to the middle of the frame. (4.75" from the face of the door). It hangs very stable with any weight in the bag but it is not made for very heavy weight. As a waste bag holder, it works well. I use one on the outside of a drawer for quick clean-ups, then unhang it, fold it up and put it away in the drawer. Folded it is 5.5" x 11.25" x 1.5". Sorry if this is TMI.
