Answer:	Yes it does. After you use the machine you can just rub t off the algae off the side of the tank. I used the machine a month ago and once I rubbed the algae off with my brush it didn’t come back this time. I hope this helps

Answer:	No. Aquatic UV-lights control a specific (and stubborn) bacterial bloom — when aquarium water turns green, and stays that way — despite water-changes, ‘waiting it out’, chemical or ‘bacteria-based’ bottled algae-clarifying solutions. Allow 5-7 days to see the results. Once the water clears up, remove it and see if the trouble returns. If so, keep it turned ‘on’ for about 8 hours, daily (get a timer). UV-lights aren’t filters, to run 24/7.
Question:	What is the inside material of the case? Can it be wiped clean
Answer:	I had the same problem. I ended up needing to use a small hacksaw and cut a groove in the plastic border of my tank. Hope you do better with your filter than I've done with mine. FWIW, I don't think this filter will handle a 60 gallon tank. I have a rough time with mine just handling a less than 40 gallon tank.
Question:	How long is the silicon case
Answer:	It does have a surface skimmer built in the only issue can be fish fry. You can always put a sponge over it, but most of the time I see my fry stay away from it. Depends on the size of your tank. I would say this filter is good up to 40 gallons by itself.

Answer:	The top of the half-inch-diameter cross piece is 11 inches above the floor and the bottom of the seat is 2-1/2 inches higher than that. Depending on the ground surface, the feet might sink in 3/4 inch until the flanges stop further sinking. After a while, the fabric might stretch a little, lowering you at most one inch. So I would say you'd be between 11-3/4 inches and 13-1/2 inches above the ground. Now if you are on wet grass that is more than a foot high/deep and you don't stomp it down before sitting, your seat might get wet. ;-)

Answer:	I think it would be stable. It's just my husband and me so we don't usually have a lot of dishes. You will need to be sure that the feet are adjusted to the widest position. I would try to load the weight evenly between the top and bottom. The only thing that I'm not 100% happy with is the utensil basket; sometimes hard to get them to stay in. Otherwise, worth the money.
