Answer:	Mine did not. But it holds a great charge. And make it go backwards when putting the cork back on. The light stays red.

Answer:	First, let me say that this is a great product, almost a conversation piece when we entertain. As to your question: It may be a bit unwieldy for a servers apron. It is about 10" tall & about 2" in circumference. It also requires a firm grip on the bottle when operating the opener as its very powerful & could easily spin the bottle. Again, we love the opener but would not use is in that manner.

Answer:	I have the 12 bottle cooler with side space for 4 vertical wine bottles. You can easily set several cans in that space. You could also remove the other horizontal wire racks and set cans on the bottom of the cooler and stack them from there. The design is not specifically for cans, but with a little thought, it can easily accommodate both bottles and cans.

Answer:	it can take a lot higher temp than our last 'rubber' one. You shouldn't put in boiling water (212), so i mix 2 parts room temp with 3 parts boiling in a pitcher and end up with a temp around 160-170 then pour it into the water bottle. It works great, stays hot a long time and the cover is really soft. We're happy with it! The insert says 80c which is 176f

Question:	How long does the beer stay cold once you insert the chiller
Answer:	Hi, great question! Our cooler keeps bottles cold by using double-wall insulation, which prevents the transfer of hot and cold temperatures. When a cold bottle is placed inside, the inner wall will cool to a similar temperature and the gap between the walls stops the cool layer touching the outside layer. You don’t need to freeze it before use but you can if you want to keep your bottle extra cold for longer - it will stay cold for at least 2-3 hours (longer than a bottle of wine usually lasts!). If it’s a really hot day you could freeze first, or add some ice - but generally not required. Thanks!

Answer:	Not sure if I can help, but take the weight of the machine and add a few pounds for cardboard box, and grass catcher. The box was just a little bit bigger that the base of the machine. We only had to attach the handle.
