Answer:	You will have to search out type, water amount, and cooking time on the net. This unit comes WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS.

Answer:	I only use regular bag rice. It suggests cooking for 10 minutes which is way too long for instant or quick. If I'm cooking Brown rice I even extend to 12-14 minutes.

Answer:	The Rapid Rice Cooker is designed to prepare instant rice which is pre-cooked, dehydrated rice, not regular rice. I have never tried rinsing instant rice (common brand name like Minute Rice) but I think it would get gummy very quickly with rinsing.

Answer:	The basket is one piece but the lid is detachable. I love this product. I make all of my babies baby food. This steamer works great for it I love it. I can also make an entire dinner in the 3 tiers. ❤️❤️❤️

Answer:	I checked the box and the user manual, and they don't say. The plastic used for the rice steamer is definitely different than the food baskets. The user manual has an email address for questions: [email protected]

Answer:	They can but they will most likely leak. The #1 basket has a smaller base that fits INSIDE the drip pan. The other two baskets have larger bases and sit outside the top rim of the drip pan which can cause condensation to leak out. It should always have the #1 basket on the bottom to prevent leaking.

Answer:	Any water yore comfortable steaming your food with. I use tap, it's the same I would use to boils food so no big dea there. And from what I've seen, no the element doesn't have to be cleaned. The water is put into a tank at the bottom and then over that lays a catch Basen for the water that condensates and drips from cooking. So the only thing near the steamer is fresh clean water! It's super easy clean. Definitely recommend it

Question:	does this only work on the cheap skinny mac and cheese box like Kraft? Or can you use it for other varieties also
Answer:	Yes, I just did with No Yolks noodles. Just follow this https://www.tablespoon.com/posts/how-to-make-pasta-in-the-microwave. To convert it to yours I added 2 cups of water to my microwave bowl to the fill line and boil water for 5 mins. then you add 3 hands full of your Extra Broad No Yolks Noodles to my bowl then added extra water to cover the noodles. ( don't cover) Then I cooked it on high for 5 mins, removed the bowl and stirred it and cooked it for 7 mins more. (The package says to cook for 10 to 12 mins) Your noodles come out fluffy tastes great, just drain the pasta water in a strainer. Add butter and herbs. Now I make this using my microwaved Rapid Mac Cheese Cooker nice deep square bowl. Just add a plate underneath bowl to catch, If water spills over. But I did my happy dance. P.S. my microwave is an 800 watts. Now, this is a large bag of Extra Broad noodles which means I can use the stove versions also.

Answer:	Not really, I have tried cooking ramen in just a plastic Tupperware bowl and jt didn't coom the noodles completely. I found that this ramen noodle cooker somehow cooks if completely without you stirring it or doing anything. I think it's a good product. What sold me is that children can use it safely and you know its cooked good.

Question:	Does this produce a lot of smoke? Is it good to use in hotel
Answer:	No,it doesn't produce smoke. I've used it recently in a hotel room and i cooked (seperately) a whole 5 dish Thanksgiving meal in it! It only would smoke if something started to get close to burning just like regular cooking. I made everything using the lowest setting, I didnt even need to use the high one! It heats up fast also where I could warm up some naan bread. I would also just turn it off and on as needed when i wanted more temperature control while sauteing in the hotel to be safe that I didnt produce any smoke. I also brought spray cooking oil to use , even though this thing doesn't really need it and wipes clean super easy! In addition I brought a surge protector to use with it... I took no chances of having any issues! Additional note, you can definitely make meals for 2+ depending on what you're making. It's a useful travel tool for me now. Gonna get a few for my college babies.

Answer:	Never had mine boil over. Only use the amount of water recommended. The instructions are almost foolproof, and even if you're using the markings on the bowl instead of the measuring cup, the rice still comes out nice.

Question:	How do you make spaghetti in this? There are no directions for pasta. I'm not interested in making rice so please don't give directions for rice
Answer:	Use stock or broth instead of water for added flavor. Margarine or butter may also be added after cooking. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR COOKING PASTA 1. Remove steamer tray. 2. Add desired amount of dry pasta to cooker with basket. 3. Add approximately 6-8 cups of water for every 12 oz of dry pasta. Add enough water to completely cover the dry pasta. 4. Microwave for suggested time on pasta package. 5. Lift basket to drain. TIPS . For best results cook pasta as directed on the package. . For spaghetti, linguini and other noodles, break noodles to fit inside cooker. . It is not necessary to add oil to the water. . Do not fill cooker more than 3.4 full. Answer:	Height is 6.5 inches. Diameter is 9 inches. I'm not sure about the 3rd dimension... maybe it is the total width including the handles.

Answer:	IF your keeping enough water in it. But I would not recomend it. for if it get dry or out of water it will burn and melt the pot. My grandchild did not put enough water in the rice cooker and by the time the microwave setting was over it burnt a hole in the bottom. I would recomend another method for beans as they take a long time to cook even in the Microwave. Flavor would not be the same either.
Question:	The cooker hardly looks wide enough to hold a serving or two of boxed dry spaghetti without having to break the spaghetti in half. True
Answer:	It’s a good size, but yes you have to break spaghetti to make it fit. I think when I was shopping for this item they had a larger one available
