Answer:	If your not going to leave it in the casserole dishes then, yes... But be careful thought because it will suck the juices up through the bag and it won't seal ....If you want to do cooked foods I suggest buying one that made for that with the vacuum tube attachment and containers.....I really just use mine to pack and freeze meat ....Works great for keeping lettuce fresh also and fresh raw asparagus ...Hope this helps ! Answer:	My battery is doing fine. had it for a couple of years now.

Answer:	I don't and it keeps a charge quite a while. I haven't used it in 2 months and it's still charged. I suppose with a lot of use it may need charging more often.

Answer:	Never had to do that but thinking of the process you would need to let the first cycle complete and strongly suggest that the cool down time be followed then pressing the seal button would do a new sealing cycle.

Vacuum Sealing Tips

1. Do not overfill the bags; leave enough space around the valve.

2. Do not vacuum package objects with sharp points like fish bones and hard shells. Sharp points may penetrate and tear the bag. Cover sharp points with paper towel.

3. During bag vacuum packaging process, small amounts of liquids, crumbs or food particles can be inadvertently pulled into vacuum valve clogging the pump and damaging your appliance. To avoid this; freeze moist and juicy foods first before sealing bags or place a folded paper towel near the inside top of the bag. For powdery or fine-grained foods, avoid overfilling bags. You can also place a coffee filter or paper towel inside before vacuum packaging.

4. Pre-freeze fruits and blanch vegetables before vacuum packing for best results.

5. Do not leave too much air inside the bag. Press the bag to allow extra air to escape from the bag before vacuuming it. Too much air inside the bag increases the vacuum pump loading and may cause the motor insufficient power to draw away all the air inside the bag!

Note: To avoid possible illness, do not reuse bag after storing raw meats, fish or greasy foods.

It does have to be charged fairly often, but I haven't found that a problem. I don't use it for anything else but light-duty vacuum sealing for freezing various foods. I also use it for sealing fresh produce to keep them going longer. If you're not planning on bulk food preservation, this gadget works really well for small-scale use.

Answer:	Hi Dana, this is a good question! The thickness of the clear side is 3 mil and the embossed side is 11 mil. Thanks to the 10-year experience of manufacturing vacuum sealer bags, we can make these bags thin and clear while maintaining similar mechanical toughness with the 4 mil bags out there.

Answer:	Nope they are clear unprinted bags
Question:	Anyone else notice some of the seals failing in the freezer after a while? I have several that looked good at Sealing and then lost the seal after
Answer:	That is usually caused by excessive moisture in the product you are sealing, when the moisture gets up to the seal point
Question:	Do they have a notch for easy tear
Answer:	Purchased 09/25/2020 (USA). The 200-pack 8" x 12" bags do have an "easy-tear" notch, located, on one side, about 2 inches from the FACTORY-SEALED end (not the open end that you manually seal). The (semi-circular) notch does make it very very easy to tear, especially once you clear the factory-sealed edge. As others have noted, this bag is actually very difficult to tear, but the notch makes it very easy. Note: this notch makes me suspect that if there's any slight tear, rip or cut damage to any portion of the factory-sealed edge, that edge is going to keep ripping open with any handling.
Question:	Is it compatible with high temperatures in the sous-vide cooker
Answer:	I have only used tell boil in bag to defrost.

Question:	How many rolls? The picture shows two rolls, all language seems to indicate one 11"x50' roll
Answer:	I received two rolls with my order....
Question:	What size are these? Header says11" x50' product descriptions says 8.9 x 7.5 x 3.5 inches?? 3.5mm is no thicker than any other rolls listed on here
Answer:	Each roll is 11" wide (external width) x 50 feet in length. The description dimensions are incorrect. The actual rolls dims are 11" x 3.5" in diameter. The clear panel (top) is 3.5-4.0 miles thick, back panel (embossed side) is about 7mils thick.
Question:	Where are the bags made
Answer:	Hello,Like most plastic bags and rolls sold in this country, these bags are manufactured in China. (The manufacturers who claim that their bags are made in the USA import the plastic from China or elsewhere and then form the bags from the overseas materials.) Everything I sell is laboratory tested, BPA free, and made to strict FDA guidelines for food safety. I use these rolls in my own home with my family. I wouldn't sell anything that I wouldn't use.Thanks for asking,Lisa
