Answer:	I had this and sent it back, to me it wasnt ljke what you get in Hawaii at all. Even though it did shave the ice pretty fine there was always small chunks that made every bite crunchy. If you don't mind it being somewhat crunchy you will probably like it. If you want it like you get in Hawaii you'll have to do what I did and get a machine the the ones they use over there. I bought a fujiyama, expensive but awsome.

Answer:	On the bottom of the shaver it says 20W. Is that what you need? I have to tell you this really shaves ices very fine but it is much slower than the last one I had and it's VERY loud and wants cubes a certain size before you put them in. I use cubes out of trays and they are square which may be why it's so slow but I've always been able to just throw cubes in the other ones I've had. Hope this is helpful.

Answer:	We have three kids who use it daily. It works well. When it runs too long, you can tell it’s taxing the motor, but that’s with excessive use. My only complaint is that it’s not quiet. But it shaves ice no problem.
