Answer:	You can buy the premix or make your own. You need to make sure there is enough sugar in the sour mix. Salt is with the glass not with the mix. It cannot be in the mix otherise it will not freeze.

Answer:	If it'a dropping from the spout, you may need to change the red O rings. Of it's dripping from the drain tube, you may need to make sure the seal is on the tank properly, and make sure the tank is completely seated and in place. Use the vasaline on the inner surface of the seal to enable the seal to slide over the refrigeration unit. Hope this helps!
