Answer:	Perfect for breads. I use ithis t o slices leftover breads in 1/8 inch slices for crackers or toasts. Sometimes helps to partially freeze loaves before slicing.

Answer:	I have used it on bulk lunch meats and block cheese. Cut both, it is not fast but I am quite happy with the purchase. I would suggest placing soft items in the freezer for 15-30 minutes to firm them up. I found this made the slicing easier.
Question:	I just bought this and want to use premeasured packs. Can I buy smaller ones and use those ( 6oz)? Does it have to have the 8oz to work properly

Answer:	This was a challenge for us too. I needed a food safe cleaner. We were able to clean the pot with soap and water but the glass was the tricky part. We tried “Babyganics Toy & Highchair Cleaner Spray, Fragrance Free, 17oz Spray Bottle” which was on Amazon but not available right now. I am sure any baby toy or high chair cleaner would work. This really cleaned the interior well while being food safe and giving off no odor.
