Question:	I didn't get the handle with my order. How can I get the handle
Answer:	It is hard plumbed (meaning that it is not one you have to fill with water manually, it's directly connected to the water source) and there is a filter that the water goes through that attaches to the back of the Keurig. So far so good. We had another coffee service that provided the coffee brewer before and we just had them leave the connection that was there so we just connected to it. We bought the kit that goes with this model which was the filter and some connectors. We had to buy an additional tubing (like a clear flexible surgical tubing) from home depot that we did not have to put it all together. We are extremely happy with this unit and would give it 4stars for certain.
Question:	Can i order just a replacement handle
Answer:	Hello, I did not have it hooked up to a water supply. I didn’t use it a lot. It was very noisy! I would absolutely run the vinegar solution through it. Can’t hurt! Enjoy.

Answer:	Total of 5...4 oz., 6 oz., 8 oz., 10 oz. and 12 ounce. I normally brew a 10 oz coffee in a 12 oz cup. That leaves more than enough room for sugar and cream.

Answer:	Nope... watch the connection between the handle and the pot as mine let loose a couple of times and dropped the contents into the fire once and onto the patio another time.

Answer:	I bought this as a gift for our son and never saw the product. I do know that he and his wife have enjoyed it very much.

Answer:	There's no right or wrong with this. I turn ours off, but it does take a couple minutes to warm up in the mornings, especially in colder weather. It has also been left on overnight. I try to make sure it's off on the weekends when no one is (usually) there. Again, it's more of a preference than a necessity.

Answer:	Yes it can! I bought this for my parents for when they go camping but during the winter months they used it indoors. They have a gas stove and it works great. I'm not sure how it would work on an electric stove top but I'm sure it would work just as well.

Answer:	I used mine on a wood fire which would burn much hotter than a propane flame and it performed very well. You just have to keep moving the popcorn in the popper to prevent it from burning.
