Question:	How many weight does it really hold
Answer:	It's meant for a vent opening 4"x10". Remove your existing vent cover and measure the opening in the floor. That will tell you what size replacement cover you need to order.
Question:	do you have to buy the swing brackets separately or do they come with it
Answer:	I used the clear plastic reflectors on metal vents before I bought these. I get more directional air flow when they are popped up vs the using clear plastic reflector. There was a noticeable difference. The vent space when popped up is approximately 11.25 inches wide and 2.25 tall. The vents where air flows through is approximately 1/4inch
Question:	Hi, mine was missing three bolts (the smaller ones) as well as washers and lock nuts. I see no way to contact seller here, can these be sent
Answer:	The register doesn't "automatically" divert the air. There is a little lever pictured in my review that you can slide to open or close a baffle so you can have the top openings either open or closed. If you pop the vent up however you must have the top vents closed or no air will be diverted. Hope this helps.
Question:	Can you put other swings on this such as a pod swing
Answer:	Those dimensions are the size of the outside-base that rests on the floor. It inserts in my 10-inch x 4-inch register opening just fine. The 3.2 inches is the height of the grill when fully extended/opened.

Answer:	Yes! Mine has been on for ages on the silicone case. It is also super for my iPad and is on the silicone case. Just make sure the case is clean before you put it on. I used a bit of rubbing alcohol to clean mine. The love handle is much better than one of those bulky knob things.
Question:	Is there any kind of hook or attachment at the end of each chain? Or is it just chain and you have to buy the hooks separately
Answer:	No. That feature only worked for a short time for me. There is no way to ‘fix’ it that I know of. That is too bad. It was nice while it lasted.

Answer:	It fits my iPhone 6s Plus. I don’t know the dimensions of iPhone 7.

Answer:	Chains come with this one so I'm unsure of the question. I did NOT re-use the same hardware to attach this glider to my swingset and purchased glider brackets to hang this glider from. The safety was worth the additional cost for the brackets.

Answer:	It can be used with 1 or 2 riders.
Question:	Does the frame come in one box and then the swing in another box? - I've only gotten one large heavy box so far
Answer:	Yes, all you need is swing hangers, but make sure they can handle the load. The glider weighs roughly 21 lbs and it's capacity is 150 lbs, so as long as your swing hangers are rated for 175 or above you should be fine. Standard Swing-N-Slide hangers are rated for 115 lbs so they are not suitable for this application. Extra-Duty Swing-N-Slide hangers are rated for 250 lbs so these would be safe to use.
Question:	Are you going to release a frame with a rectangular shaped swing
Answer:	We had hardware from a previous glider that worked, but you can purchase hardware to mount it pretty cheap (reasonable!) at Menards if you don't have a piece already on your set.
