Easy to Clean and Replace the blade



Firstly, loosen the nut by using a pincer and remove the blade.

Blade replacement method

Use the screwdriver to fix the blade, preventing it from rotation. Then rotate counterclockwise with the help of tool, loosen the hexscrews on the blade, open the blade to use.

Secondly, wipe the cabin of the machine with a dry rag after removal of the blade,and please note do not clean with water directly after removal of the blade, wipe it with a dry rag.

Please Note:If you clean the blade using the wet rag ,please make sure the cabin of the machine and the blade dry enough before reinstall

Lastly,install the blades and tighten the nut,it is finished.

Answer:	It depends on the breaker on the outlet. Typically yes. I haven't had an issue. I have not checked the amperage but assuming that the 2500 watts is correct, then 2500/120 is 20.8 amps. I doubt it is drawing this much amperage, and now I'm curious. It draws around 4.8 amps running, 22 amps startup (shouldn't be an issue, last less than a second and all motors have larger startup currents). So its really a 580 watt running motor.

Answer:	I haven’t tried it with soft herbs only dry and partially dried ones. I think it would gum up the gears with fresh herbs like parsley and spinach.

How to exchange Carbon Brushes

1. Please find the carbon brush port on both side of the grinder.

Question:	Does the grinder shut off automatically
Answer:	Barata makes two versions of grinders: this one has a stainless steel conical burr, which is optimized for fine through coarse grinds, but perhaps not as fine as you would like for espresso. The ceramic flat burr is optimized for espresso, and may not adjust as well as you would like for coarser grinds like French press. I believe either can be used for a medium grind. It may be possible to get both for the same grinder, but I’m not sure about that.
Question:	Does the hopper keep the beans fresh? Is it air tight
Answer:	The status light only blink for the first 10 seconds or so after a status change and go off until you change function again. So you never have that continuous blinking light.

Answer:	The Ear bud from outside body to ear tip with a medium size ear tip on it is 1". The Ear Bud body itself is 0.5" Depth x 1" diameter x 5/8 " diameter as it is ovular. The charging case is 1.75" Height x 3" Length x 1.75" Depth.

Product description

High-speed powder machine is a necessary tool to ram the herbs. It is 49 times stronger than the traditional motor in working efficiency.

This machine adopts ultra high-speed motor, can quickly smash all kinds of dehydrated food, rice, corn, sesame, soybean, fish feed, pepper, herbs (such as ganoderma, licorice, tianqi, pearl etc), usually smash the herbs into the powder for no more than a minute.

Steps

Step 1: Open the top cover (clockwise, counterclockwise).

Step 2: Pour the dry material into the crusher.

Step 3: Close the lid.

Step 4: Plug in the power and turn on the switch.

Step 5:When the sound is stable, the smash has been completed.

Step 6: Turn off the power, open the top cover, and pour out the crushed material.

Step 7: Finish, clean with a brush.



Precautions:

1. The pulverized material does not exceed half of the pulverizing tank. The height of the comminuted material is not lower than the blade.

2. The pulverized material should be kept dry and free of moisture and grease.

3. When starting, if the blade is stuck by the crushed material and the motor can't run (beep), please cut off the power immediately to avoid burning the motor, then remove the block, check the fuse and restart the machine.

4. Smash the hard drug into a powder for 1-2 minutes. Do not operate the machine for more than five minutes in a row for a long time. You can use the unit at intervals.

5. Do not wash the machine with water. You can clean the machine with a damp cloth or a brush.

6. Do not open the top cover or shake hands when using.

7. If the motor is not running, you must turn off the power.

8. Regularly check that the blade is secure and that the set screw is stable.
