Will the edge of placemat roll up

Answer:

The stand legs themselves are about 3” tall, so there’s a little clearance underneath. Before I switched it’s location to add another monitor I had my mousepad partly under it and had enough space to maneuver. The actual “lift” is going to depend on the angle that you set the platform at, which it shows in the pics. I have two 24” widescreens on their standard bases next to my laptop, and I’m able to view the screen at the same height.
