Answer:	There is a light on the base that changes colors when fully charged.

Answer:	If I am understanding the question it sounds like you have used the opener to take a cork out of the bottle and now the cork is inside the opener. If this is the case just use the down arrow position on the black control a dot will bring the cork out of the opener. If you are asking how to remove the metal cover from the bottle itself, there is a clear plastic cutter that comes with the opener. Hope this helps! It’s a good opener!
Question:	How do you remove a broken cork from top of screw
Answer:	I have used the manual version of this type (called Screwpull, which is no longer anailable), where the screw goes all the way through the cork, for at least 15 years and have had absolutely no problem with the occasional bit of cork in the wine. That happens about one in 10 corks. That's one reason why the appropriate way to pour is to give yourself a small pour first, before serving your guests, so the cork goes into your glass where you can dispose of it. So, this should not be a problem.

Answer:	This item does not have replacement batteries. You can purchase a new a/c adaptor plug from store that sells electronics' Wine Enthusiast does not carry parts for this item however.
Question:	After charging, can I unplug the whole unit and move it out of the way since the opener wobbles on the base
Answer:	Yes, you can. Mine wobbles a bit also, so I unplug it and store the base sometimes and just keep the opener in my bar area. I have also placed the unit on the charger with the corkscrew in different positions and it seems to wobble or blink less often when charging.
Question:	The blue light doesn't stay lite? not stable in the base. previous one i owned had the charger directly into the opener
Answer:	Ours is a couple of years old but the blue light is only lit when operating which I assume saves the battery. Ours is stable in its base but frankly because of the height of the cabinet we generally have it out of the base unless we need to charge it. I would also think the separate charger would make the opener lighter and easier to use. We continue to be very happy with ours. JB
