Answer:	I had a Waring vacuum sealer prior to purchasing the Ivation, and the stoppers are identical to the Ivation’s. I haven’t tried my really old ones that came with an inexpensive hand pump sealer, but the old Waring ones work fine.
Question:	Can I leave this plugged in and charging the whole time
Answer:	10" without base. 2-3/8" at top - widest point. 6-1/4" from bottom to base of switch. 2" from top to upper end of switch.
Question:	Will this work for synthetic corks
Answer:	Is the cork in the bottle? or stuck on the device? If on the device: If the cork is still on the screw, make sure you press the up button, until the screw is all the way up. Then you can pull the cork away from the device. The wax corks are the worse!

Question:	Broken cork inside the chamber that will not come out. Does the unit come apart or can the internal plastic insert be removed
Answer:	If I am understanding the question it sounds like you have used the opener to take a cork out of the bottle and now the cork is inside the opener. If this is the case just use the down arrow position on the black control a dot will bring the cork out of the opener. If you are asking how to remove the metal cover from the bottle itself, there is a clear plastic cutter that comes with the opener. Hope this helps! It’s a good opener!
Question:	How do you know when yhis is fully charged
Answer:	I have used the manual version of this type (called Screwpull, which is no longer anailable), where the screw goes all the way through the cork, for at least 15 years and have had absolutely no problem with the occasional bit of cork in the wine. That happens about one in 10 corks. That's one reason why the appropriate way to pour is to give yourself a small pour first, before serving your guests, so the cork goes into your glass where you can dispose of it. So, this should not be a problem.

Answer:	The opening wheel (not really a blade) does NOT touch the contents in the can. It only contacts the outside edge of the can rim. So the food is not contaminated. Sometimes, some of the food leaks out and gets of the wheel. I use a small brush dipped in warm dish water to clean the wheel. A tooth brush works great.

Answer:	Imagine getting something at the store where the package is hard plastic. You run to get scissors to cut through the package but with some effort, you still can't stretch it open without cutting further.. You then cut through horizontally from one end to the other and are trying to pry open the packaging and you cut yourself with a fountain of blood flowing out of your cut fingers. Still not frustrated?"Frustration-Free Packaging" is VERY straightforward packaging which makes opening said product(s) VERY seamless, is friendly to the environment by being recyclable, and is simply a no-brainer to open.
