Answer:	The 60L hamper I received is 25” tall. The hamper is bigger at the top than at the bottom. The top of the hamper measures 14” x 18”. A nice big size, but too big for my needs.

Answer:	The direction of the lid cannot be changed by removing it because it is hinged on one side. However, simply turning the entire basket around 180 degrees has the same effect as changing the direction of the lid would have.

Answer:	I sure wouldn't --- how would the towels ever dry out all bunched up in a hamper?. You'd be smelling up the whole place and growing a colony of mold. There is no hamper in the universe that could do what you are asking.

Answer:	It didn't mark up ours. However, if you are going to use this on the room entrance door, make sure it will still be able to open far enough with the hoop down. You can not put the hoop up if there are any clothes in the bag. It sticks out about a foot.
Question:	How do you keep it up? Maybe I assembled wrong
Answer:	We did not use the over the door hooks, but used screws to attach directly to the wall. It is my understanding that the over the door hooks are screwed to the backboard, other than that I could not say. Apologies.
Question:	Once in your cart on Amazon there is no way to request the name to put on the backboard. How do you do that
Answer:	These are not custom. You can add the name with a marker once received.

Answer:	If you wanted to store the basket that way, it should be possible. It can be flattened mostly, after all. But the basket fabric is stiff, designed to stand. It would be awkward to hang it with much inside it. It would probably puff out unevenly. While the handles are sturdy enough for carrying, I cannot say how they would hold up if the basket were filled and hanging for a long time.

Answer:	Although not very tall, it would be sturdy enough, but also conceal what you have inside, with the exception of the very top.
