Answer:	Oh Please! For Vinturi to market that there is a difference between how much air you get between the red and white aerators is for sales. To make people feel better. Next - they will have adjustable air holes so you can 'Tune' your aerator to your wine variety. But you could aerate the first half of the glass, and pour straight wine in the second half; tune it yourself. To answer your question: most people don't aerate whites, but if you want to, do it. Buy the Color you like better. Until this "invention" wine was aerated in the glass or a decanter. But Vinturi also has an aerator that goes into a decanter. What's that all about? Answer:	Nope and if leaking then you are not holding it properly. Those two holes are like capillaries to draw air in as you pour and mix it with the wine to aerate it. Hence the name Vinturi which is the Venturi priciple experiment we did in Physics classes. A great product, got mine in Co$tc0 fpr $15.

Answer:	I ordered a Vinturi and received the knock off Magic Decanter 6/26/14. It had a sticker labeled Vinturi but clearly is not. I purchased both the red and white Vinturis on 12/31/13 after trying one at a party. I ordered them on Amazon and received the real thing. I was disappointed with getting a knock off this time.

Answer:	I don't know why yours failed. Mine is still working after several years, and it's still on the first battery. Maybe check with the manufacturer.

Answer:	The Brookstone Wine Bottle opener we purchased on Amazon is entirely battery operated. There may be another Brookstone model that needs to be plugged in, but ours does not. We like it because 1) it is completely portable and 2) it handles the synthetic corks better than some of the other openers (i.e. Oster).Hope this helps.
