Pour 1/2 cup of the hot oil into a measuring cup with a long handle, or a small sauce pot with a long handle. Discard the rest of oil and onions or use them for a different recipe. Answer:	I had the same issue - only 1 box arrived so I'm missing the rails to put the bed together. The box with the headboard clearly states, on the outside, 1 of 2 boxes so not sure why this continues to be a problem for so many. I've waited 4 days to see if a 2nd box arrives - no luck so I called Amazon. In their system, it only says 1 box so they are of no help. My only options are a refund or to replace it and hope I receive 2 boxes next time. Amazon needs to update their system to clearly show 2 boxes with 2 tracking numbers. Very disappointing.

Answer:	I have cut beets, carrots and yucca. Your ability to cut really hard, dense, vegetables is going to be based on your grip and arm strength as well as the size of the item you are cutting. If you quarter a beet before cutting, then you are cutting through less surface area. If you put a large-sized turnip on and try to cut through the entire thing, you are going to have a tough time unless you have very strong arms.

Answer:	No, I tried yesterday, it's too soft. .. It was easier to cut into little cubes with a knife, but the salad shooter worked well on all my other cheeses, from mozzarella, coby jack, Monterey jack, and sharp cheddar... it saves so much time.
Question:	Footprint & weight of Pro model Salad
Answer:	Sorry, I am not exactly sure what you are asking regarding the Pro Model Salad shooter. It stands around 8 1/2 to 9 inches tall. Made of plastic so it does not really weigh that much.It is sturdy though. I am not around it at the moment so I do not have the exact answer you are asking. If you need more of an answer ..let me know. All I know is that I really like it and use it often.

Answer:	there are numerous "spiralizers" on sale at Amazon. There are types that are almost like machines, and some that are almost like little manual pencil sharpeners. The one favored by most reviewers is by Paderno. This one is very handy, but it doesn't make long "noodle" type strands
