Answer:	I believe this pan is made of cast aluminum with a nonstick coating. It makes "silver dollar" pancakes. I love using this pan to make my grandma's swedish pancakes. It reminds me of the one she used to have.

Answer:	I use a second large fry pan that I spray with spam. After a few minute of medium heat, when the pancakes are bubbly and have formed, I flip the pan over into the second pan and they cook in a few minutes on low heat. Then I fill up the first pan again with more batter. Provides a more consistent texture to the pancakes and cooks it through.

Answer:	i use it for eggs all the time. brush a little oil on the pan to keep it from sticking. Extra large eggs may over run the indentures a little. I use a fork and keep the eggs from running together when they first start cooking.. I also use a fork to flip the eggs.

Delicious and nutritious maker of the perfect crepe

For the first use, please wipe clean the surface of the baking pan and the batter bowl with a wet cotton cloth.

Step 1. Choose the one you want to make. After making batter, pour into the bowl that comes with the pan.

Step 2. Pre-heat the crepe pan, plug it in and let it heat up. It takes about three minutes to get to full heat.

Step 3. Turn the pan over and dip in the bowl of batter, letting it sit in the dough for about 3 seconds and giving it a little jiggle to make sure the whole surface gets evenly submerged in the dough.

Step 4. Cook it to desired texture from 10-30 seconds - how long depends on how brown you like your crepes.

Step 5. Flip over the crepe and let the other side cook for about the same amount of time.

Step 6. Put it on a plate. You can use a spatula to remove it, or just let it slide right off onto the plate by tipping the crepe maker.

Answer:	The light turning on and off tells you that the heater is working. It is thermostatically controlled i.e. when the pan gets below a set temperature the heater goes on (and the light) and heats the pan to the set high temperature. When it reaches that temp the heater goes off and the light goes off.

Answer:	Lefse are similar to crepes it is a Norwegian traditional potato flatbread similar to a thick crepe I have not done it the only items you add is the potatoes. I believe you would not have any problem by making them. I used mine and it was great. I also made the Spanish Galician crepes and they were great.

Answer:	I have this item in front of me, ready to return. Inside width of guide posts is 6-3/8” which was too wide for my loaves of bread; guidepost height 5” and length of wooden base 12”.

Answer:	I use a one pound bread baker so the loaves are rather small. It would be easier to use the smaller loaf but if you are careful, the two pound loaves could be cut as well. Just takes a little more care to slice neatly.

Answer:	An electric knife is the best thing to use with this slicer. Although you may have long bread knives, it's difficult to keep them in the slots when slicing by hand. I got a cheap Black & Decker electric knife and combined with this slicing guide, I now have uniform, straight slices of bread from my homemade loaves. Definitely use an electric knife, it makes the whole process so much smoother and it works perfectly with the slicing guide.
