Answer:	Just three. However it hasnt posed any problem the one time ive slid it around to make room for a cutting board, which i usually avoid doing with anything containing hot contents until cooled anyway. The outside does get hotter than the way old school models though (30 years ago). It seems like theyve stopped insulating them or use less insulation. However its not hot to the point of being a fire hazard. Kinda like boiling a pot of water, you wouldnt touch the pot, though this gets no where near that hot. Ive tried to verify the fire hazard claims, and even holding a match to this at high heat hasnt been hot enough to even light that.

Answer:	The 5 qt crock pot is round. My bread and cake bake pan with metal lid will fit inside tightly, but its too tall. The glass lid will not sit on top correctly. I even tried taking the handle off the metal bake pan lid and the glass lid still wouldn't sit on top correctly. My meat rack also wouldn't fit inside. You might check out the 6 qt round crock pot.

You may need to reset your slow cooker. To do this, simply hold down the select and power buttons for 30 seconds while it is plugged in. You will then want to unplug the unit and plug it back in. Answer:	If you're talking about the big round disc, on top in the back, I just leave that alone. It will self adjust. You just lock lid on and make sure the small dial on the top/front is set until the cooking time is over and you release the pressure with it. I know the directions are a bit confusing. I've always had a traditional pressure cooker but swapped over to have two-in-one. I kinda figured it out by trial and error the first time I used it. Once you do it works/cooks everything perfectly!
