Question:	Can you use essential oils in this unit
Answer:	No you can not! I learned the hard way by doing so. I had a bad cold and I put some Eucalyptus oil in the water tank with the water. What it ended up doing is warping the plastic opening and after about 2 uses after, the cap just fell apart so I had to throw that away. I can still use it, but I have to add the water by hand.

Answer:	I use mine everyday so at least couple of times a week, I make sure I unplug it, turn it upside down in the sink, then place it on a towel. I make sure all the components (3 of them; the body, top part, and the little water container) get dry. Package says once in a while to make sure there is no buildup to put couple of drop of clear vinegar in it and use it. hope this helps :)

Answer:	Sorry it took so long to get back with you. Yes, it does have enough heat to dry the fabric. It produces a lot of steam too. Only when the water level is lower it does not want to steam as much. I am extremely tough on irons so you asking the right person. I have owned about 5 other irons in the past 5 years. Mostly Rowentas and a Shark. All of them leaked after a short time and the Shark just completely stopped working. I will never buy either again. I was also constantly cleaning the soleplates. This one is ceramic and just rub it on a towel every now and then or when something gets on it. The only major con for me with this iron is the feet. It is a bit unstable if you do not set it upright correctly and has toppled a few times. Let me know if you have more questions. FYI I use it almost every day for my custom clothing biz.

It makes the very core of amazon experience unreliable and I as a prominent amazon prime customer is skeptical on my future purchases.

Answer:	1. Just fill the water tank with 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 distilled water. Run the steamer until half the mixture has steamed. Unplug and allow it to rest for 30 minutes. Dump out remaining mixture. Rinse and repeat... as many times as necessary until steam returns to normal (could be 2-3 times). Run a cycle of fresh, cold water through the steamer before using it on your fabrics.

Answer:	I usually stay away about 1-2 feet to prevent from burning my face. It may need to add more water or maybe some parts were not installed properly?
