Question:	Hoe does the pressure this gets compare to the standard pressure cookers? I tried InstaPot, and its pressure too low
Answer:	At 9 psi (so-called "High") and 5 psi (truly "Low"), this Presto will disappoint you much more than the the 6- and 8-quart Instant Pots. The IPs' High ranges between upper-11 psi & low-12 psi. The newest Instant Pot "Max" can reach the 15 psi that is standard for *stovetop* pressure cookers. Good luck! (Btw, I have no connection with Instant Pot, other than being a new owner of a 6-qt Duo Plus; I've also owned four stovetops over the years, all of them got up to 15 psi.)

Question:	Is the pressure release supposed to be loose while in use? Because i read in google it's not supposed to be loose while lid is locked and in use
Answer:	If you're talking about the big round disc, on top in the back, I just leave that alone. It will self adjust. You just lock lid on and make sure the small dial on the top/front is set until the cooking time is over and you release the pressure with it. I know the directions are a bit confusing. I've always had a traditional pressure cooker but swapped over to have two-in-one. I kinda figured it out by trial and error the first time I used it. Once you do it works/cooks everything perfectly! Sure-Lock Safety System

Only the NuWave Nutri-Pot includes the Sure-Lock system which is comprised of multiple independent safety features, making the Nutri-Pot the safest digital pressure cooker available today. Other digital pressure cookers have been known to open prematurely while still pressurized. Because safety is a core value at NuWave, you’ll never have to worry about that when cooking with the Nutri-Pot.

This system combines a food blocking cap, lid lock function, and a final bottom pressure switch to ensure that the Nutri-Pot will only pressurize if the lid is securely fastened. The Sure-Lock safety light indicator lets you know when the cooking chamber is still pressurized. This advanced system will only let you open the lid once the pressure reaches a safe level.
