Answer:	The onsite specs do say, and I affirm, that the interior has sufficient space to hold a 9in round item in the interior. What needs to be clarified is the height. The effective clearance - that is the available space between the lower rack at the bottom and the heating implement at the top - is slightly less than 4in. An item with a height of 3.5in should fit, but one needs to be concerned with any food being close to the heat source. I would advise against cooking any food in this oven that will rise in excess of 3.5in from bottom of pan to highest point.

Question:	Does the tray slide out when the door is opened
Answer:	Hi Fred, no there isn't an outside water level. You have to look into the opening where you fill the water into. Inside you'll see a line to see how much water you need to put in. For us it isn't a big deal to do. Usually we fill it every morning and that seems to work for us. We keep 4 gallons of water on hand each time we fill it so we aren't scrambling to fill them when it's low. On really cold days I'll check the level in the evening to make sure it has enough water overnight. This is the second winter using it and it makes a lot of difference in the air moisture throughout our house which is 1400 square feet. With that being said, we are very happy with it.

I have a lot of experience with this product through the years so I know the filters are getting contaminated during shipping. When I called the company I was told they no longer use any packaging for the filters. They did not seem to care about my health or the health of others. If you value your health you need to find another brand. Reputable companies will seal their filters in plastic wrap. Don’t make the same mistake I did and trust this company. They changed their name from Essick Air to Air Care and use this seller as a front to avoid liability for their extremely negligent business decisions. In fact, I had shut the unit off over night (did not unplug) and unit turned in randomly by itself and sounded like an airplane landing and then would just go back to normal .....and other times it just cycles off for a few seconds and then turns back on....each one of these instances, plenty of water....I am about over this product.

Answer:	Yes to all of your questions, but the manufacturer will state that if you don't use a vacuum on the lines before releasing the gas that you will end up with an air lock that ironically will not show up right away but down the road. - Also if there is no bill from a regisistered air conditioning technician indicating the work was done that the manufacturers warrantee is void. - The unit comes with 15 or 25 feet of insulated copper, but be very careful when handling the copper as it will twist inside the insulation and kink the copper and the unit will not work. - ( that is what happened to me) - we had warranty work done with some control modules, but since then it has worked well.- if you don't have warranty you can still buy the parts but you basically have to troubleshoot yourself. - even if you have a warranty the installation of the parts is not included. - But compared to the local price of install, it is still a good value. Sometimes it is hard to get a tech to help install these third party units. - more info than you needed, hope that helps. - you will have to buy the communication cable between the two units, i think it was a 4 wire conductor, available at most electrical and hardware stores.

If the door opens an inch then look down to the bottom on the left and you'll reach down with a long butter knife and bend it back twords being centered -ether to left or right. It's easier done than said.....

Answer:	Please ignore the two trolls. This can cook most anything that will fit while not being too high for the top element. The low wattage is a plus, you can run two appliances on one circuit at the same time. It is more versatile than a toaster. It will take a long time to cook frozen foods but the best result is when you microwave them first to get some penetrating thawing, then put in the oven for browning and even cooking. I have been using these small low powered toaster ovens for 15 years as a satisfactory solution to a kitchen for a single person. To cook frozen corn dogs I nuke for one minute first, then toast for ten minutes. I wrap sandwiches and stromboli in foil first. Smaller frozen items like stuffed chicken breast will heat wrapped in foil but I would not try a pot pie in this. I warm pizza slices in this so they are not as soggy and it will cook small personal size pizzas.

Answer:	So it really depends on your configuration of your condo. Listen 24,000 btus is allot of cooling power. You could always use a cheap $10 wallmart floor fan to push cool air to the back bedrooms....i did just that on another installation of this same unit in a separate house. The recirc system was just for a professional looking install but you can do the same thing with a cheap $10 wallmart fan. I really like these units as they are so efficient and quiet. The air recirc system i designed has nothing to do with this unit as its not wired into it or connected to it at all. All my recirc unit does is a fan register sucking cold air near where the inside blower is installed and it blows the cooled air thorugh the instulated duct crawl space in the roof and blows it back between the bedrooms as the cool air would have to travel from one wall the full length of the living room then hang a right turn in a hllway then another sharp right turn into another hallway then into the most distant bedroom......so thats allot to ask of one ca blower blowing cool air essentially in a U turn . But my recirc system solved that problem handily. by first blowing cooled air inbetween the 2 bedrooms then the air slowly moves the warmed air back into the living room to be cooled by this single unit blower and recirculated again. I wasnt too impressed with the heating capacity of this in the winter as a heat pump as with most heat pumps your essentially air conditioning the outside when its snowing out so there isnt much heat out there then your pulling whatever heat from outside back inside to warm you up so the colder it is outside the more this unit has to work to pump heat inside.......but with that said it works great when the temps outside are like in the 50's and 60's and you just want to take the chill off the air in the mornings. If its in the single digits or low teens outside.....your going to need a jacket in your house just saying or another heat source. No heat pump out there will keep you warm under those conditions

Question:	Is it safe to use aluminum foil for baking , e.g. to cover the baking tray
Answer:	Thank you for your question, Margarita. Aluminum foil can be used on/around the food being cooked, and on/around the bake pan. However, be aware that using aluminum foil changes the heating characteristics of the oven, and may lead to unpredictable results. Never use aluminum foil on the crumb tray, the floor, the walls, or along the entire rack. Doing so will cause overheating, and improperly manipulates heat reflection, leading to poor results.
Question:	Is it ptfe or pfoa free
Answer:	It looks like stainless steel inside and out - I do not see any coating on it, I would not have kept it if it had. The inside is shiny SS and the outside is brushed SS. Very nice oven -- I'm a nutritionist and I like that it uses crystal rods for the heating elements - all the others in this class use aluminum. Not that I've seen any studies regarding this, but crystal seems a little better than heating up aluminum.

Answer:	Yes, if your can find a second rack but.... you will not get an even bake. You can not successfully cook a pizza, pie, bread pan, roast, whole chicken etc. This oven does not get to 450 no matter how long you wait and does not have clearance for anything like bread or whole chicken roaster even on the bottom rack which I would not recommend for an even bake. Toast does not cook evenly either. If you are cooking small meal for 2 or reheating fine. This is not going to replace your full sized oven if you are a cook or baker.

Answer:	No there isn't. There is a thermal switch which turns off the elements before the toast is done when you try to toast two consecutive slices of bread. A very bad idea.
Question:	Does this toaster get too hot to have it near other items
Answer:	It does get very warm. I have it next to other items and so far no trouble.

Answer:	No. So you have to ask Alexa to set timer or set it on your oven. I think it's crazy to have a toaster oven for baking with no way to turn it off without setting a timer that isn't on the oven. If you forget to set a timer and get involved in something else and the stove stays on, it seems easy that someone could burn their house down.

Answer:	Wide 15" There is 2 small lips that come out on the bottom about 1/4" / Depth 12" + 2" for handle / Tall 9". I really like the features of the oven, however the tray for baking is not easy to clean. Every other parts are very easy to keep clean. (you are right the dimensions listed do not match the actual size) I find it just right for what I want.
