With that being said it does the job.

Also I never depend on the temp being what it's set on, most things I fry or bake are at 225 to 300 degrees and have developed quite good skills on this thing

Question:	Does this one have the removable backing for easy cleanup
Answer:	Hello Jane...I believe that is a standard feature of this model. There are four Phillips head screws that hold the reflective shield in place. Just remove them and the shield slides out from behind the heating element. It's quite easy to do if you first unplug the unit, - slide the glass door into the storage position underneath - rest the rotisserie on the counter with a towel underneath - then remove the screws while looking down into the unit. Remember, the finish on the reflector is polished. It's a good idea to use your cleaner full strength and to let it soak, then rub with an old terry cloth towel. Even using your fingernails to remove build-up will leave a slight mark. Please don't ask me how I know!
Question:	I have one of the very earliest Ronco rotisseries. I couldn't use it inside without my smoke detectors going off. Have they fixed this issue
Answer:	There arenTWO Types of smoke detectors. One senses ions caused by fire. The other detects smoke particulates. These go off w burnt toast. The other may not, but do sense smokeless fires, sooner. A few are dual detecting. Smoke alarms should be just outside the kitchen... not inside.

Answer:	Yes you can. You want to follow the instructions for doing so in the instruction booklet that comes with the rotisserie. Very important to use the elastic ties. This keeps the chicken nice and tight and compact. I always set my birds on the counter for 15 to 20 minutes so that they are not ice cold, but I have cooked them both ways. Just did a prime rib Friday and it was delicious!!
Question:	what is the hight , width, and depth of this ronco
Answer:	It is large the dimensions are 13H x 14W x 11D. I will roast a 12lb turkey. It is not small. Our is an older one. They do have a new compact one which I had seen one time. It's Red in color. This is the appliace in our home! I never use the oven for roasting anymore. I used to hate chiken breat meat but it comes out so tender in this Ronco. You won' be disappointed. You have to purchase cook's twine to keep the chicken wing and drum sticks from flopping but worth it once you get the hang of it. The whole chicken has to be balanced in your rotissorie. Excellent product!

Answer:	Outside dim: 20" long X 16" deep (incudes handle) X 12.25" tall. Inside 14" long x 13.5" deep X 8.5" tall. Actual length of 14" inside is shortened by elements inside oven by roughly 1", technically a 13" X 9" baking dish would fit, but only if it does NOT have handles and I've never seen one! My husband & I are thrilled with our new Cosori. Ken is obsessed w/ toasting & air frying! I usually do the cooking, now he's getting into it and it's so much fun cooking together. Rotisserie chicken breast is our new fav. We are so thankful our old TO died or we might not have known there was such an amazing TO w/ Convection, AF & rotisserie! Dear Nancy,I don't know, and the package lists only "iron, activated carbon, and water." HOWEVER, you stick them to your clothing, never your skin, as the instructions say. They may contain latex, but the only time they touch your skin is when you stick them on. If you're extremely allergic to latex, I guess you could use rubber gloves to put them on. In contrast to the previous answer, I have found Cura-Heat to be EXTREMELY helpful in relieving lower back/shoulder pain. They stay warm for at least 15 hours and relax tight muscles/tendons amazingly well for me. I hope this helps.Susan

Question:	So I brought the aura pro just realized it doesn't have the pressure cooker how long does it take to cook a roast dinner in this one
Answer:	The answer someone gave that they cooked a pot roast and vegetables in one hour is questionable. Perhaps if the meat was cut into very thin slices, it could work, though it’s doubtful that hard vegetables like carrots & potatoes would be done. In a slow cooker, the “high” temperature is still very low at 300°. For tender meat, especially large pieces like pot roast, and hard vegetables, you must cook it several hours on high or many hours on low (or a combination of both high and low). The high setting for 1 1/2 to 2 hours is equivalent to 15-30 minutes in a moderate (350°) oven. I’ve used slow cookers for 30 years. They are not fast, as their name implies!
Question:	is the inner pot heavy stoneware or a lighter material
Answer:	If it helps any, I have a Nesco Roaster & the inner pot to it is lightweight & ceramic coated. It roasts & cooks some of the best pork, beef, poultry. I'm reading up on the newest Instant Pot releases myself. I like this Aura & also the Gem but would like to know the maximum pound size these take. The only reason I'm looking to replace the Nesco with an IP roaster is to have better temperature setting. Nesco has a knob with far too much 'play' in the turn. I want more precise roast setting ability.
Question:	What is the sous vide temperature range? the range lists 250f, but i'm not cooking steak to 250f
Answer:	131 is the golden number. I cooked a turkey breast at 131 after injecting it with a spicy butter garlic mix for 24 hours. I cook all my steaks at 131 for 4 hours and my chicken the same... that is the magic number for at least 4 hours but turkey and pork are 24+ hours. For the turkey breast, I filled the bag with oil so the temperature would distribute evenly in the bag. As long as you get all the air out.
Question:	How difficult is it to clean this compared to non stick
Answer:	To help clean it if you have a hard mess. Put 4 cups of water in the pan and set it on the steam function for 15 or so minutes.

Answer:	Yes - the smaller pot has a solid bottom and I think it would be great for mashed potatoes. I have bought 3 of these pots and I use them for soap making. All works out fine with the exception of yellow spots that looks like rust on the bottom pot. I do clean and dry them after every use and never leave any water sitting in the pot after use. This is very disappointing as I never experienced this with any of my other stainless steel pot. Tried every way to get the spots out - without any luck. A bummer!
Question:	I am aware it states 'Roaster' in the title but can this also be used as a slow cooker
Answer:	That will be more than enough. I make two gallon batches of yogurt and use the 12 qt. there's 2" head room in the inner pot. Just right for heating and stirring.

Question:	what are the interior dimensions - from lower rack to top
Answer:	The onsite specs do say, and I affirm, that the interior has sufficient space to hold a 9in round item in the interior. What needs to be clarified is the height. The effective clearance - that is the available space between the lower rack at the bottom and the heating implement at the top - is slightly less than 4in. An item with a height of 3.5in should fit, but one needs to be concerned with any food being close to the heat source. I would advise against cooking any food in this oven that will rise in excess of 3.5in from bottom of pan to highest point.
