Answer:	There is a spring that keeps the door closed ,is attached to a thin strip of metal located on the bottom left of the door, and is getting caught.....It's a matter of bending the metal strip . If the door opens an inch then look down to the bottom on the left and you'll reach down with a long butter knife and bend it back twords being centered -ether to left or right. It's easier done than said.....

Answer:	Please ignore the two trolls. This can cook most anything that will fit while not being too high for the top element. The low wattage is a plus, you can run two appliances on one circuit at the same time. It is more versatile than a toaster. It will take a long time to cook frozen foods but the best result is when you microwave them first to get some penetrating thawing, then put in the oven for browning and even cooking. I have been using these small low powered toaster ovens for 15 years as a satisfactory solution to a kitchen for a single person. To cook frozen corn dogs I nuke for one minute first, then toast for ten minutes. I wrap sandwiches and stromboli in foil first. Smaller frozen items like stuffed chicken breast will heat wrapped in foil but I would not try a pot pie in this. I warm pizza slices in this so they are not as soggy and it will cook small personal size pizzas.

Answer:	It’s probably not necessary unless you won’t have it plugged in long before eating or if you need to heat something up from frozen. I typically don’t and if I plug mine in by 9 leftovers are plenty warm by noon. If it’s frozen I need to be driving for some time during that three hours but as long as I have had a couple of thirty minute drives frozen have been warm and ready to eat by lunch

Answer:	I love the hot logic mini and it's basically like a portable crock pot. I'm glad I purchased it however for those of you who want to use this for camping or off grid when every amp being pulled from your battery counts this wonderful little workhorse is NOT ( .5 amps) as stated... It is in fact 3.75 amps when tested and it is also stamped right on the heating plate. Ironically, the 120v larger family size hot logic that we bought is only ( .8 amps ). Overall I'm very happy with my purchase! Question:	Can I heat using glass food containers that have plastic lids? Will that be safe
Answer:	Not vented but this is a great bag. I does collect a little condensation but the way I get around that for the most part is keeping the zippers open a bit , especially when delivering pizzas in it. I do sanitize it after each doordash shift.

Answer:	No, not fixed. when in runaway mode, even unplugging won’t fix it - as soon as the door gets closed it starts running — with magnetron off, which is safer, but good luck getting anything warmed up. Found a fix - set the clock. Lol

Answer:	There is no timer you can set. You can only set the temperature. It will shut itself off after three hours, but you can simply unplug and plug it back in to reset the internal timer again for 3 hours. This internal timer will prevent you from forgetting it is on and starting an accidental fire.

Answer:	No, the door has not fogged up for me and I use this anywhere from 20-100 times a day for work.

Answer:	Don't know if there are any vents but I can tell you that the glass in the door has a tendency to steam up. Once it does, it takes a while for the moisture to dissipate. I've never seen this happen in a microwave before.Please keep in mind that this is not truly a "stainless" body. Just painted to look like one.
