Answer:	It does not work very well outside. Oil needs to stay at a consistent temperature.

Answer:	To determine the amount of oil needed, the best best is to put your bird in, then fill it with water until it's above the bird. It only needs to be covering the top, the bird shouldn't be deep sea diving. Then remove the bird and note the amount of water in relation to the max line. I usually get 12-14 pound birds and it takes around 2.5 or so gallons.

Answer:	I was told by Masterbuilt that this fryer is for inside use only. I used it outside with an extension cord to keep the smell out of the house and it did not heat the grease up enough for frying a turkey once I put the turkey in. I will try again without extension cord.

Answer:	dredzo is correct! A 20 pound bird will fit the Fryer rated/designed for 20 pounders. Users must be sure they are using the correct model fryer. I have NEVER used an MB fryer (I have a 13 & 20 pound rated fryer ) that did not accommodate the rated size turkey the fryer was designed to fry... I have been frying for years. The answer is in the question... The fryer is not for frozen turkeys!!!

Answer:	Yes it is very easy to clean. The reservoir alone with the heating element lifts out of the unit, that makes it a snape clean.

Answer:	The filter is a built in wire mesh type and doesn't need to be replaced as far as I can tell. The only part that may need to be replaced at some point is the rubber seal around it. Hope that helps. I've been using mine for a few months and absolutely love it. The best part of this fryer is the filter system and how you can drain your oil and store it in the plastic container until you need it again. It makes for cleaning and replacing the oil a breeze.

If you are going to fry any type of sea food like fish or shrimp you should change the oil before you use the fryer next time. if you fry other items other than seafood you can leave the oil in the fryer. You should definitely use peanut oil instead of canola oil or any other cooking oil. Peanut oil fry's your food better and it does not leave your food greasy taste. You can reuse you oil 3-4 times before changing the oil and cleaning your fryer. I love my little fryer it works great. I hope this is helpful to you and happy frying. Answer:	If you are asking whether there are two pots and a lid, the answer is "yes". The top pan holds a bit more than one quart. When I poured in a quart of water, there was about an inch of space to the top. However, when filling the bottom pot, is did not hold quite two quarts. I had about 1/2 cup of water left over. This is not an issue for me as I wanted a double boiler and do not use the pots singly. The lid fits on both pots snugly. I have used this pot for making fudge, melting chocolate, and frosting, and I am completely happy with it. I am not sure the bottom of either pot is heavy enough to cook things other than liquids. I use double & triple clads for heavier foods. The stainless steel cleans up well.Hope this helps.

Answer:	Short answer: No. Longer answer/reason: Induction cooking requires "ferromagnetic" (iron-based magnetic) cookware. Stainless steel 18/10 is iron-based, because the alloy is based on steel, but the numbers "18/10" refer to 18% chromium and 10% nickel in the alloy. Adding chromium makes it "stainless" and adding nickel makes it nonmagnetic. "Stainless steel 18/0" is magnetic (because it contains no nickel) and will work on an induction cooktop, but 18/10 is a much better grade of stainless steel. Answer:	I had a 440 SS knife rust, also SS will not work on induction stoves, my old SS pressure cooker will not work on my induction stove. Most SS has carbon steel in it so it will work on induction stoves.

Answer:	I have not had any issues with the handle getting hot. Ensure the lid is on tight, though or the steam will burn you.

Answer:	A: What makes "stainless steel" stainless (i.e. bright and rust-resistant) is its percentage of nickel, represented by the second number in the material's numeric designation, such as 18/10 or 18/8. But nickel is also what makes stainless steel non-magnetic. Stainless steel cookware that is designated to be induction capable (i.e., magnetic) would necessarily have little to no nickel on its base, although cookware specs never come out and specifically say that their 18/10 pot or pan might be 18/0 on the bottom. It's a good idea, therefore, not to leave any "stainless" steel cookware that is induction capable sitting wet in the bottom of the sink.

Question:	Is there any aluminum in this pot
Answer:	It sure was not non-stick for me. All pasta stuck horribly to the bottom. I even tried greasing the bottom with olive oil before boiling noodles...noodles still stuck. I gave the pot away.

Answer:	I had bought a heat diffuser plate with this product as recommended and it worked for about 2 months. Then the heat diffuser plate warped and came out of its rim. My mother has been afraid to use the tea kettle since. She really loves the kettle, but is afraid to use it on the induction top. She doesn't want to ruin the kettle. So I will try to buy another heat diffuser so she can use her beloved tea kettle again!
