Answer:	Yes both the lid and the wire pan come off for cleaning. Just be careful not to get any liquid down into the holes where the hinges of the lid sit.

Answer:	No,it is not possible to seperate the inner pot. The fry basket is removeable and it has a built in hose to drain the oil.
Question:	Does this unit come with the container and screen for when draining the oil
Answer:	To clear up the confusion, the prior model of this product came with a slide out rack on the bottom front into which you would place an included container. You would then place an included screen over the container When you pulled out the rubber hose it would drain thru the screen into the container. The container also included a lid so you could store the oil in your refrigerator until the next use thus extending the life of the oil. I have not yet bought this new model to replace the one that is wearing out (non-stick coating wearing away and rubber hose deteriorating). But the new ones evidently do not have this feature.

Answer:	Yes it is very easy to clean. The reservoir alone with the heating element lifts out of the unit, that makes it a snape clean.

Answer:	The filter is a built in wire mesh type and doesn't need to be replaced as far as I can tell. The only part that may need to be replaced at some point is the rubber seal around it. Hope that helps. I've been using mine for a few months and absolutely love it. The best part of this fryer is the filter system and how you can drain your oil and store it in the plastic container until you need it again. It makes for cleaning and replacing the oil a breeze.
Question:	Can you leave the plastic oil container in while frying
Answer:	Yes - The 'fry" switch keeps the hot oil separated from the plastic oil storage container while frying. Once the oil has cooled, the switch is turned to drain and it flows into the storage container.

Answer:	Big Ron,I've used it 8x already and probably could maybe squeeze a couple more out. But, I think 8-10 is a good estimate depending on the type of foods your cooking. I've used it to cook meat, desserts, ect... in all the same cycle of oil.

Answer:	I fit a whole 6lb chicken in with no problem, sort of diagonal, breast side down for 1hr @350, then turned over for 15min. The wings only stuck up a little, & they were no problem to push down as I closed the basket. When done, the shrinkage took care of that issue when opening. Best chicken I ever ate. Much better than oven roasted. Crispy skin on the outside, & tender & juicy on the inside with no dried out sections or blood near the bone.

ALSO DO NOT FOLLOW THE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS OR YOU'LL OVER COOK EVERYTHING BIG TIME. AS AN EXAMPLE INSTRUCTIONS SAY 4-8 MINUTES FOR SHRIMP. REALITY IS ABOUT 2 MINUTES 10 SECONDS. FRIES - BOOK SAYS 8-10 MINUTES - REALITY IS ABOUT 4 MINUTES LESS IF THIN CUT. FISH FILLETS - BOOK SAYS 4 TO 8 MINUTES - REALITY IS 3 TO 4 MINUTES DEPENDING ON THICKNESS OF THE FILLETS. Question:	What temperature does this thing cook at? Does it cook at 350 degree F
Answer:	Using a candy thermometer, mine goes beyond 400 degrees Fahrenheit and when I cook with it, it cooks the outside just fine but the inside stays raw. I was also using breaded chicken that had sat out to room temperature.

Answer:	Not sure what brand that is. It worked on my Waring DF280 fryer. I just went to the manufacturer website and found the part number. I do see a DF200B fryer on the waring website but the model of electrical cord is not the DF208. That cord model is TF200CRD. You should search out the proper model number on the manufacturer site because they are not all the same.
