Answer:	There doesn't appear to be any surge protection. I didn't find a circuit reset switch or any labeling that would indicate surge suppression.

Answer:	From leg to the lip its 3 1/8 inch high, lip is 1 1/2. Depth is 9" and 7" on the cable management side. Cable management starts approximately 15" from one side, so basically on center. Width to the power cell is 28".

Answer:	I believe this is manufactured outside the US (my interpretation from things I read) and, while I saw many safety features, I did not see anything that said UL listed. I’ve owned and used this since March and have had no issues. I’m very safety conscious and was at ease with their measures. But no UL listing that I’m seeing now.
