Answer:	I ordered 2 of these on Nov. 22 for $560.49 with free shipping. The next day the seller disappeared, and the price was $5799.99. My order showed that it was shipped and scheduled for delivery by Dec. 4th. Now when I check the tracking it shows that it has only been ordered but not shipped. I am thinking this is a scam after seeing that and reading the reviews by others. Also my order was from Earlyc, while others are showing cheap deals like this from other sellers. Answer:	Mine broke right after the warranty expired, and all DeLonghi wanted to do was sell me another one. I've worked electronic repair for most of my life, so I took it apart and found the problem. What was it? A design issue. There's no easy way to fix it, and a brand new one will most likely fail just as quickly. Do yourself a favor and buy a different unit from a different manufacturer.

Answer:	I need to say a thing or two about the Vine reviewers, because so many people think they can't trust a product if it gets good reviews from mainly the Vine community. First of all, the Vine people have to consider the price of the item as income and the IRS bills them through a 1099 at the end of the year, so it's not free totally. That, plus the fact that MOST of the products require time and knowledge to test, photograph (sometimes) and write an in-depth review. By far, most of the items offered to them from Vine would not pay for one hour's work at their job, so consider the time and trouble writing that review. Secondly, none of the vine reviewers lie about the products, at least not intentionally. The problem comes when Amazon gives them only 30 days to test and review the product, because that will only give their experience at the beginning, and a seller would have to be crazy not to pre-test things sent to Vine... but that doesn't mean it won't blow up in two months. Most of the reviewers will do an update if something goes wrong. The one kind of review that cannot be done within the 30-day limit, though is vitamins (or similar things) because they cannot possibly see results that quickly. Believe me though, Amazon is not going to tolerate a Vine reviewer faking reviews, and it takes a lot of vetting to get named to that group.

Answer:	Yes. I love it. Since I started using it, I noticed my texture of my face is so much softer. You can use it all over. Your skin will love it.

Answer:	It's terrific for hair. Warm the oil to about the same temperature as you'd heat a beverage for drinking , apply to your hair, wrap in a towel or scarf and leave it for at least two hours (two days is better, if you can manage that). It soaks into the hair shaft better than far more expensive commercial preparations. To remove it, rub hair conditioner through your hair and rinse thoroughly in warm water. The hair conditioner acts as a solvent, picking up the coconut oil and allowing it to be rinsed away, without having to use a lot of harsh shampoo. Your hair will be stronger and springier and, counterintuitively, may look *less* oily because it doesn't lie weak and flat on your scalp so much. The conditioning effects will last through several shampoos if you rinse off the suds immediately after shampooing your scalp. The shampoo easily cleans it off the surface of your hair, but not so much the deeper microscopic spaces where beads of oil persist. That's a good thing, because you want oil there.

Answer:	Since MCT (fractionated coconut oil) is an extraction from coconuts, the USDA will not allow it to be certified. It doesn't matter who is selling it, no fractionated coconut will ever have the USDA certified label on it (based on current standards). That said, I've been using this as an essential oil carrier base for quite some time now, and am very pleased with it. It is generally non-greasy (absorbs quickly) and does not stain.
Question:	Does this grill get hot enough to sear a steak, I just returned a George Forman because it did not get hot enough
Answer:	this is more for a carrier oil for massage (you can add essential oils to it)wouldn't recommend it for eating (you can Google it...not 100% sure). It has no smell to it (and probably no taste) but if you want a no taste coconut oil, I'll recommended Wilderness Family Natural.com, they have a non flavored coconut oil that I use for my frying and baking. Buying a gallon a year :) Hope it helps

Answer:	Not the handles, but yes, the pan part is metal So, the temperature on the outside will be essentially the same as the inside.

Answer:	Made in China but you won't be sorry if you purchase this skillet. It gets the job done like none other.
Question:	How is the heating element arranged? Is it in a circle around the edges
Answer:	Just measured mine for you, it's about 1-1/2 inches from each side and 2-1/2 inches from the ends. I have never seen one with the heating elements around the edges. This electric skillet cooks nicely and the valve on the lid is a plus as it can be set to any degree of opening or completely closed if you want. It's a nice skillet. Hope this helps you.
