Answer:	My pressure cooker is 28.575 cm and the rubber seal works perfect. Since yours is 3.575 cm smaller, not a 100% sure it would fit (may be to loose). I do have to stretch mine a bit to get it over the sealing plate, so it may be that it may work for you. Guess it's a "try it and see" thing.

Answer:	With our 8 qt. it came with the pressure lid, air fryer lid, glass lid and 1 rack. But it was supposed to come with the basket & roasting rack. :(

Answer:	Yes. You can make rice in the Eneril Pressure Cooker Air Fryer using the pressure cooker lid. Put equal amounts of brown rice and water in the pot and stir. Put on the pressure cooker lid and press the pressure cooker setting. Turn dial to select brown rice. Press the dial to lock in setting then press again to start cooker. This setting cooks the rice for 18 minutes under high pressure after warming up for 4 min. After finished cooking allow the pressure to slow release for 20 min then release the rest of the pressure and open the lid. Rice will be perfect.

Answer:	I didn't see any. The cooking pot inside is steel, or it looks and feels like steel. The outside has a black metal, but it doesn't feel like teflon and it is on the outside.

The current recommendation from the United States Department of Agriculture indicates that to pressure can you will need to use a vessel that is specially a pressure canner, which holds at minimum four quart-size jars. Answer:	Respectfully, any time I've ever had problems over the decades with beans not cooking evenly it was invariably due to a batch of mixed old AND new beans. This happens more than you might think, and unfortunately a recent purchase of mine of small red beans in 25 lb. bulk are proving to be exactly that. Soaking an extra couple of hours seems to help a little (10 hours instead of 8) and then bringing to full heat and pressure a little more slowly, then pressure cooking one extra minute than you normally would. All those things together will help when old and new beans have been mixed together.

Answer:	Sorry I'm late, don't check this email very often. The dial goes to 400, but if you go past that mark, maybe 425. This is a good skillet. I've put several other brands in my yard sales as white elephants, but this one is a keeper.

Answer:	The sides are about 21/2" to 3 " deep. It has a pour spout on one corner which makes the cover not seal. I have also contacted the company because after 3 uses the non stick is coming off. I would not buy this product again.

Answer:	1400 watt . I did not like the unit and returned it. I found the Presto 16 inch fold away skillet a much better buy.
