Question:	Has anybody found the free end of the twine (the end that's supposed to be threaded through the holder)? Clearly not from the middle
Answer:	if you use the free end on the outside of ball it will not dispense freely from the container. You either have to find the end thatis tucked (hidden, never to be found) in the middle or create a free end from a middle loop. I got a pair of tweezers and pulled at the looped threads stuffed inthe middle. Eventually a very loose one came free. I just snipped the loop; then I had a free end that unspooled easily andcould be pushed through the hole in the container.I got an idea how to do it from utube video about how to get a ball/skein of yarn started.That outside end isnt wasted twine; just wrap it around the ball so it looks the way it wasoriginally, being careful not to wind over midlle hole where your lose end originates.A lot of thought goes into a spool of anything!

Answer:	Yes. The box says " made in China for Norpro" The bottom of the pot is stamped " 18/10 stainless inox rostfrei"

Answer:	About 6 inches wide, about 8.75 inches including the handles. About 6 inches high including the knob on the top. Great for one or two people.
Question:	Will this work with an induction cooktop? (One review says it doesn't
Answer:	Well, here's my answer. My knowledge with induction is somewhat limited (I use a vintage gas stove), but my understanding is that the surface of the bottom of the pot needs to have enough contact with the cooktop, which it would but for a fairly decent engraving of "18/10 stainless". I thought though (and I'm probably wrong but I did look it up on wikipedia and it advised so), that the pot also needs to be somewhat receptive to magnetism which it is not (I tested a magnet on the bottom of the pan). So that reviewer is probably right.
Question:	How many cups of water can the water pot hold
Answer:	I just used a measuring cup to answer your question. The base of the steamer holds from 2 to 2 1/2 cups of water according to your preference. This measurement reflects having room to put the steamer in it without the water being in the steamer top. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

Question:	Is this a one piece design? I want to use it for funneling dry spices and herbs and have them not get hung up on a seam in the neck of the funnel
Answer:	The neck of the funnel close to 5/8" at the top. The screen pulls out. Down the neck they progressively tapered a rib down the length of the tube to where it looks like a heart shape at the bottom. I do not feel any seam at the top. I don't know if a round tapered steel punch could be use to push out the tapered rib in the neck to pull out the rib inside.

Answer:	We use this regularly with our cast iron pan no issues at all
Question:	Is this silicone? If not, what is it made of
Answer:	Yes the holes are small enough. It keeps splatters very well contained but the only complaint I have is that the silicone keeps food odors of what you cooked. You have to really soak it or wash it several times to get rid of the smells it holds onto, but even after that I can never seem to get rid of the smell till it basically dissipates on its own.
Question:	Where was the norpro grip-ez fiskie manufactured
Answer:	Although I've never tried using my spatter screen in the oven, I don't see why it couldn't be used in the oven. It is made entirely of silicone and metal, and is quite sturdy. I once had a handle replaced on a fry pan that was damaged in a move, & when I put it in the oven, the glue (that they used to attached & strengthen the area where my original handle had broken) softened in the oven; however, this handle does not appear to be glued in any manner. When I use mine, it's usually on a fairly hot fry pan, and the handle joint doesn't weaken (as my fry pan had). So, I'd try it in the oven as most silicone is heat resistant to 400+ degrees.
