Answer:	Open the valve for the propane tank very slowly. I kept having this issue as well. Safety feature for the propane tank.

Answer:	It comes with a coating. Don't know if it is preseasoned but food does not stick. I bought 2 of them. Last weekend cooked 5 lbs hamburger, 1 lb bacon, 3 steaks, 8 fried eggs. Nothing stuck, everything was perfect and I highly recommend the Blackstone.
Question:	When i use my grill sometimes i'll turn off the burners then back on. sometimes they turn on very low. anyone else
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Our griddles have a safety feature with the regulators. If the propane was not turned off completely or in the exact steps, the regulator will prevent much gas flow from going through the regulator the next time. I have noticed that our recent batch of regulators are more sensitive than they have been in the past. You might try turning removing the propane tank and then reattaching it. This should reset the regulator from the above mentioned safety feature. Also, there are air gates at the front of each burner that can be adjusted to your preference. They control the air to gas ratio. There is a small silver screw at the front of the burner tube that you can loosen and then you can slide the gate more open or closed depending on your preference. We typically have the air gates half closed or even 3/4 of the way closed. I hope this helps. Answer:	the legs do fold, but this is not a unit that is ment to haul around... very very very very heavy... this is a big unit.... heavy....... do not buy this to go camping.... did I mention that it is heavy... wonderful grill but ment to buy, set up and cover it it at your home.....

Answer:	I have chopped up everything possible you could think of......I bought it just to chop up items for stir frys, but, it works for all. My griddle fit perfectly in the bbq where the lip of the griddle was held by the grates. I bought another grill but haven't tried the griddle on there yet. If the griddle is set on the bbq, watch out that it doesn't slip while chopping or cooking.

I ruined mine because I did not know about heat deflector until after I got hot spots after using my sizzleq on gas barbeque for two years without any problems I bougt a camp stove top and then got hot spots. Answer:	Yes you can. I found one on Weber. Com. Select charcoal then find your go anywhere grill then click accessories. It should pull up charcoal grate, cooking grate, and replacement handles. If the site has changed call Weber direct and order it. I have a Genesis platinum II that is 13 years old and never a problem with parts support.
Question:	How much weight will it hold? Could I use a 7-10 Lb cast iron dutch oven on it
Answer:	Yes it holds it fine. Just make th legs are clipped together. I use my cast iron pan for blackened catfish. Really gets the pan hot since it is so close to Coals. Great for searing steaks for the same reason. Like it dates and yakitori so I don’t have to use my big grills.

Answer:	I have the charcoal only model, but there is a model (Go-Anywhere Portable Propane Gas Grill Model # 1141001) that uses a small propane tank.

Answer:	I have long used wood instead of charcoal in charcoal grills. It is very good for hamburgers -- fast stuff. To do chicken you need some little pieces of wood that will burn for some time -- dry 2 or 3 inch branches.

Answer:	No,I have not used this inside the house under a range hood. I think this is designed to use it outside.

Question:	What are the two bricks included w it & how do I use them
Answer:	The 2 bricks just provide some ventilation for the charcoal. They go in the grill, one on either side, and the burning coals go on top of them. I usually start the coals in a Weber charcoal starter chimney, and then pour the lit coals into the grill evenly. Be sure to open the vents on the side of the grill. It's easier than it sounds. It's a fun little grill.

Answer:	I don’t know I have the small one.What I did whe I placed it on an outdoor table I put down foil on top of that I put ceramic tile. I made sure everything where a coal might l fall was covered Thi I don’t know I have the small one.
Question:	Is this grill for indoor cooking? Is it safe
Answer:	Everyone here is saying no because it uses charcoal....BUT...do NOT use charcoal we use in our bbq grills...like Kingsford. It uses JAPANESE Botan charcoal. It hasn't the chemicals that our have and it burns really hot and virtually no smoke.
Question:	Does anyone know if this can be used indoors with good ventilation? I am planning on using the more expensive Japanese charcoal
Answer:	I'm not a fireman, but I would not recommend using any charcoal burner indoors. Carbon monoxide is created with all burning fires, even gas stoves and cigarettes. Carbon monoxide is both colorless and odorless, so you wouldn't even know you were poisoning the air in your house. Using the charcoal burner under a conventional stove exhaust fan and venting system would probably be acceptable, but that would make noise and take away the ambiance of doing this at a buffet table or dining table. I suggest an electric table top grill unit if you want to grill inside the house. No carbon monoxide poisoning, they are affordable, attractive, and they work well for those small bites on a stick, hibachi style. I don't like my house to get greasy and smell like the food I'm cooking. So I would host my table top hibachi on the patio, or cook it outside and eat it inside.
