Question:	Can you keep the noise on all night without the timer
Answer:	I don't use the timer. I have one on my side of the bed and my husband has one one his. We each found a noise we like and set it to the volume that masked the upstairs neighbor. I don't turn it off until I get up in the morning. I am sleeping better now than ever. There are a lot of combinations between fan/white noise and the volume. I have no doubt you'll be able to find exactly the right setting for your best night's sleep.

Question:	What are the 8 "white noise" pre-set sounds? Is one of them campfire?? (Or is there a way to load a "fire" sound
Answer:	There are I believe 11 preset sounds. Unfortunately, a campfire is not one of them. You can not load any new sounds. I use the wind sounds a lot more like ocean waves and although that is another sound I like the wind sound better. I do have to say though that I absolutely love this machine. My daughter sleeps so much better with it. I love that you can preset it to go on and off when you want it to.
Question:	Does there have to be 1 min. between programs? I would like for it to change from red (sleep) to green (wake) without turning off in between
Answer:	Great question! If there is any overlap, the second program will override the first. For example, if your bedtime program runs until 8:05am, and your morning program is set to start at 8:00am... your Rest will switch from bedtime to morning at 8:00am. Question:	I'm interested in getting 2 - for our 3 year old son & our baby's nursery. How does the app work with 2 units? Can they be programmed independantly
Answer:	Yes each device is managed separately in the Hatch app, really easy/inuitive. I actually have one for my toddler and newborn too - it's the only sound machine out there that I came across that you can program by time!:)
Question:	Will my kid override me? How limited can his options be from inside his room? Can he change it after one of my programs begins
Answer:	It is possible to control the light and sound settings directly from the device, BUT in the newest app update they added a "Toddler Lock" feature that fixes this problem. During program run-times you can disable all controls on the device itself, so our kids can't override our programs. It's been very helpful for us.

Answer:	you set it for whatever sound you want (waves, rain, fire, whatever) and it plays that over and over or a pre-set time or continuous if you prefer. it doesn't change from one sound to the next by itself

Answer:	When you press the on button to turn it the number of blue lights lit is how many hours it will run. keep pressing it for as many hours as you want it to play. If you keep pressing it all the lights will go out, When all lights are out it will play continuously.

Answer:	The projector does not save user settings when turned off. Playback starts from the first sound at the medium volume when turned on again.
Question:	How do you keep the light and sound on all night? It seems to be turning off after 10 hours or so. I want it to stay on until I turn it off manually
Answer:	Typically, it can’t shut itself down, If AUTO-OFF timer is not activated. Possible options: * If the projector is receiving power from the USB port of the PC - check that the PC does not fall asleep * Try using the next suitable wall adapter I hope the answer will be helpful. Question:	I love the lights but I have no sound. Help
Answer:	Please check: - is the volume properly set with the "Vol +" key on the remote; - is the TF card securely installed in the slot, try to remove the card from the slot and insert it back until it clicks; - if the audio cable is inserted in the projector's plug, then sounds from the TF card are not played.
Question:	I like the ocean sounds but the machine keep looping & bird chirping kept waking me up. Is there a way to set it no loop and only play ocean track
Answer:	Thank you for your question!  The team is working on a library of sounds and player capabilities. Right now you have the following options: 1. Limit playback to one loop without a bird tweet. To do this, after turning on the projector, twice click “Next Sound” button on the remote, and playback will begin with sounds after the twittering of a bird. In this case, the duration of the entire cycle will be approximately 1.5 hours. Turn on the auto-off timer for one hour and the chirping of birds will no longer bother you tonight! 2.
