Heat olive oil in a large saucepan or saucier over medium heat until shimmering. Add leek and celery. Season with salt and cook, stirring, until vegetables are softened but not browned, about 5 minutes. If the pan starts to look dry at any point, add a small splash of olive oil. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add zucchini and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add half of the basil, stir to combine, and add water.

1. Core apples without peeling, then slice and roughly chop into 1/2- to 1/4-inch pieces. This will yield approximately 3 1/2 pounds prepared fruit (16 cups; 1.5kg). Stir to combine, then cover and place over medium heat until apples have wilted and begun to bubble in their own juices, about 15 minutes. The package says wash in top rack or microwave for 10 to 15 seconds. All in all it's a decent sponge and isn't scratchy on the dishes.

Answer:	There is no "pre-loaded" dish soap, and I am glad, because the only type soap I want is Dawn. However, these are my go-to sponges. They are perfect for glasses as well as all other dishes. They are a bit stiff for the first use, then become perfectly pliable. They hold soap very well, and I can throw them in the washer and dryer with no issues. When they are past their prime, they are used to wash out the sink. I only wish Publix still carried them :( My sister loads up on them at Albertsons in case they also stop stocking.

Answer:	NO! It is a "Blender" for blending already half cooked food (in liquid form) and will not 'Grind' hard nuts into flour. If you put the nuts in food with liquid in it, the Blender will certainly 'chop' the nuts but will not grind it. You can buy something like KRUPS grinder Model F203 from Amazon for $15 or less, and it does a VERY GOOD job for grinding nuts into power form.
