Answer:	It gets quite warm but seems to be able to cool itself in the metal case it is in. Mine sits in the open behind my monitors and is fine. I think the only reason you'd need extra cooling is if you put it where there's not enough air circulation. Seems like you could add a heat sink to help it out if you have a constrained environment.

What To Do

1) In the tall blending cup, add the spinach and 3 tablespoons of the stock and puree until smooth.

2) Repeat this step with the potatoes and carrots.

3) Layer each of four 4-ounce ramekins with a 1/4 cup of each mixture and chill until ready to serve.

BELLA Raspberry Cheesecake French Macaroons

1) Preheat oven to 300F. Place sieve over a medium bowl, sift in the powdered sugar and almonds. Remove sieve and whisk together until combined.

2) In a large metal bowl, add the 2 egg whites. Using the BELLA Hand Immersion Blender with the whisk attachment, beat the egg whites on high until they become slightly foamy.

3) Add in half of the granulated sugar to the egg whites, continue to whisk for 1 min. Then, add in the remaining sugar, whisk until egg whites are glossy and hold soft peaks.

4) Add a pea sized amount of pink food coloring, continue whisking egg whites until they hold stiff peaks.

5) Begin the macaroon process by adding half of the dry ingredients to the egg whites. Using silicone spatula, gently fold the dry ingredients into the mixture. Should take 15-20 folds.

6) Once combined, add in rest of dry ingredients, fold until mixture is uniform.

7) Add mixture to a large piping bag with a round tip. Place silicone mat on baking sheet, pipe out macarons with 1" diameter.

8) Lift baking sheet and gently tap against counter 3-4 times to remove bubbles.

9) Set aside for 45-60 min. Gently rub finger on a macaron; if dry to the touch/doesn't stick to your finger, ready to bake for 15-18 minutes at 300F. Ensure macarons don't brown.

10) Remove from oven to cool.

11) In small pan, add raspberries and granulated sugar. Cook on medium low for 7 min. Set aside to cool.

12) In medium bowl, add cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and raspberry mixture. Using the BELLA Hand Immersion Blender with whisk attachment, mix until filling becomes light and airy. This should take ~ 5 min.

13) Add raspberry cheesecake filling to a small piping bag with round tip and pipe a small amount onto each of the macaron bottom cookies. Place the top cookies on top. Enjoy!

Answer:	While I have not made mashed potatoes or hummus, yet - however - I have made smoothies daily with chopped ( hard) vegetables ( like carrots), chopped frozen fruits with the Peele ( plus other sticky ingredients like almond butter and honey ) and I only use 1 cup of almond milk - and My smoothIes are PERFECTION! I have also blended 2lbs of ground meat ( with other things) and only used 1 cup of water and the result was the consistency of a thick pudding. Answer:	Without an attachment the stick is about 8-1/2”. The blender attachment is about 8” and the whisk attachment is about 9-1/2”. Hope that helps.
Question:	Will the chopper work for walnuts, almonds, corn meal into a flour
Answer:	NO! It is a "Blender" for blending already half cooked food (in liquid form) and will not 'Grind' hard nuts into flour. If you put the nuts in food with liquid in it, the Blender will certainly 'chop' the nuts but will not grind it. You can buy something like KRUPS grinder Model F203 from Amazon for $15 or less, and it does a VERY GOOD job for grinding nuts into power form.

Question:	I want to occasionally blend kale, cruciferous vegetables, and fibrous fruits/veggies, all raw. Would this work
Answer:	The BSB510XL Control Grip™ will work best on chopping those foods but it can blend them. The blades on it covered with a kind of hood so that the small food or ice pieces are kept under it and against the blades until smooth. The food pieces would need to be chopped very small to fit under that cover and the food items would need to be processed in small amounts as blending should not exceed 30 continuous seconds at a time.
Question:	Can a person with small arthritic hands easily work the blender
Answer:	I do not have arthritis, and I love this blender. I personally found the size of the previous inversion blender i had to be easier (cuisinart). Also, I agree that it's very difficult to detach the head for cleaning. It's not a problem for me but it always take a few seconds and extra effort. Overall I like this hand blender more but I'd recommend the other for someone with arthritis for sure, especially because they are similar in functionality.

Answer:	My last one fits in traditional wide mouth mason jars... this one does not. Highly disappointed. It’s extra work and dishes to blend in a wider container and transfer it
