Question:	Does the dispenser/remixer work when the contents gets low? (Is there any waste at the end
Answer:	Yes, the dispenser will become nearly empty as long as you hold the lever in. You may waste all of 2 ounces or so, and that is the amount held in the auger/dispenser. You can always pour the last drops out of the blender jar.
Question:	Is there a waranty for these products? I purchased one about 7 months ago, and the motor broke. Just curious as to how I could get it fixed
Answer:	I’ve gone thru 2 in a couple years. Motor problems both times. However, we’ve enjoyed this machine so much will probably get another for this summer.

Answer:	You can make 1/2 a pitcher which is about 4 - 7 oz drinks. What's nice is you can serve 1 to 3 drinks & when you want your second drink you press the serving bar and it automatically mixes the mix and ice so it is like your first drink smooth and frozen. It has capability to add more ice or acohol anytime to give you frozen drinks as needed.

Answer:	As like anything else if you leave it long enough it will melt. It does stay frozen for awhile. People drink it as fast as I make it so I cant tell for how long it stays that frozen.

Question:	Why won't my lid stay on
Answer:	Because the plastic dasher/paddle gets warped (at first I thought it was from washing the paddle in the dishwasher, but I'm on my second machine after maybe five years and washing it in hot water after using it seems to have done the same thing so perhaps it's just from use) and so it doesn't revolve "flatly" in the circular groove in the clear plastic cover when it's placed on top. I find that eventually it seems to settle down and revolve evenly without any wobbling, so to speak. Rather than use tape, I've used a small but heavy pan with a base a bit larger than the top of the machine set on top of the clear plastic cover until it's revolving evenly - maybe the first five minutes of use. Other than that, and the need to use a hard - but not too hard: it has to have some flex - plastic utensil to remove the last of the frozen ice cream from the interior bottom and sides of the freezer bowl because it's made of aluminum and scratches incredibly easily, it's a terrific unit.
Question:	my machine will not freeze the mixture after the tub in freezer for a week. its like cold milk with some ice. two different batches same results.Why
Answer:	Quality ice cream from plain milk?? no way! I use half and half along with heavy cream and get the most delicious ice cream you can imagine! and in only 25 minutes. Also turn your freezer down. If your freezer is empty it may not even go to zero degrees! I clean and rinse the tub quickly and return it to the freezer quickly. Its still mostly frozen when I put it back in and only takes 2-3 hours to refreeze completely! I bought a second tub but never need to use it! This thing has worked perfectly for me and everyone loves my ice cream! The secret is in the better ingredients. more costly yes...but sooo worth it! My recipe: 3cups of half and half. 2cups of heavy cream. 1&1/2 cups of C&H sugar dissolved in the cream. 2 table spoons of imitation vanilla. 1 tiny pinch of salt. Try you will love it! Please don't order a round steak and expect a filet mignon. life does not happen that way. ENJOY!

Answer:	Just read and review booklet instructions and it states the bowl and not the paddle turns. I also thought I had a defective ice cream machine until I re-read directions. Answer:	I make frozen yogurt with this every week, and my recipe is SO easy: 1 quart VANILLA (not plain) yogurt, 1 pkg thawed frozen cherries (or berries of any type). No salt, no sugar, no milk, no nothin' else. Turn it on for 20 minutes and you're done. Yummy frozen yogurt. Other favorite flavors, always beginning with VANILLA yogurt: 1) coconut and chopped pecans; 2) 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips

Answer:	I stopped using eggs because for some reason, the ice cream would freeze too hard. I now use: 1 cup cream, 2 cup half-and-half, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon vodka (helps the freezing), pinch of salt, pinch of cinnamon. It's great.

Answer:	If you search Elrene Home Fashions you will see the different tassle tie-backs that they sell to go with your curtains. I never received any tie-backs with my order and I ordered quite a few valances and curtains. What I like is it isn’t too heavy on its own so I can move it across the kitchen one handed since I walk with a cane which I can’t do with a glass pitcher blender without a higher risk of dropping and shattering half of a $100+ Device that’s used 3-5+ times a week in my kitchen.
