Answer:	Outer height is 2 3/8". Inner height is 2 1/8". That's about 1/4" shallower than my other 7" springform pan (which is no longer available).

I had a hard time getting the cheesecake off the pan, so I ordered the parchment rounds to use with the pan. I have seen a few recipes online for lasagna in this size pan and made in the Instant Pot.

Answer:	Our vitaquick® pressure cookers do not have any pressure settings. Our cooking valve shows one white ring, when you are on the low pressure cooking mode and two white rings when you are on the fast pressure cooking mode. If you do not reduce the heat after you see the first white ring, your pressure cooker will automatically achieve the fast pressure cooking mode. Excessive pressure will be released automatically once you have reached the fast pressure cooking mode.

Answer:	Yes when you see blue botton is getting higher shows two white line means maximum pressures now. But some cook needs with that high pressure keep for a while. About depends meat or rice you needs yo turn off heat right away or keep th for about 10 minutes then turn off. It , the blue botton will slowly go down means pressure is getting down too. Completely botton is down you could open yhe lid.

Answer:	Two reasons:1: If you accidentally damage the original one it is not safe to use and you won't have to wait for a new one to arrive.2: Second, some foods/recipies can impregnate the ring with odors, so keep that seal for foods with strong flavors. The other can be then used for milder foods or yoghurt making where you would not want any leaching of other dishes odors.Ok, third bonus reason: Portable appliances change over the years and in 5 or so years it may not be easy to locate a replacement.

I write the date of purchase on a separate sticky label, then use Scotch Magic Tape to protect the date. When the original item is used up, I just replace the label with the date on it (assuming that the same item is put back into the same container). Or you could remove both labels & use the container for something different. This way you won't have to worry about damaging the container with harsh chemicals.

Answer:	Yes. My scoop came marked with measurements. HOWEVER, BEWARE - the measurements are INCORRECT. This is not a one-cup measuring scoop. It is about 3/4 of a cup.

Answer:	I doubt it. The accessories attach with a tab that is under the lid and that tab is built into the underside of the lid.
Question:	Does the silicone item retain the cooking smell from item cooked? If so, hoe do you get odor out
Answer:	It only connects to certain types of OXO lids. I didn't realize this and mine is not the correct type. I just washed it in very hot water, soaked it for 15 minutes, then laid it directly in the container with the hard brown sugar. It worked great!

Answer:	It's always best to wash such things first before use, being careful to follow the care instructions, as they can differ from regular fabrics one may have become accustomed to over time. For instance, washing at a high temperature, NOT using fabric softener, drying on a low temperature or even hanging to dry, and not laundering them with bath towels, or other items which can shed lint. Removing any leftover traces of chemicals/dyes used in processing, if any, and general handling by others, if any, in the manufacturing and packaging process, is a good idea before sleeping on new sheets, just as you would before wearing new clothes.

Answer:	My husband wears Large. I ordered him an XLarge and it fits him "perfectly". I recall he said the neck opening was a tad small, but this resolved with wear. So I would say it may run a bit small, order one size up

Answer:	I measure the inside diameter as 8 5/8" (22 cm). With the top rolled rim, the outside diameter is just a fraction (~1/16") under 9" (23 cm). (bottom is smaller)

Answer:	I noticed that the ones for the Instant pots say 7.5 inches but what I'm wondering about is the temperature thing saying up to 450°. Because it doesn't say it would work in a pressure cooker I worry because I don't know how hot steam is so if steam is hotter than 450° it wouldn't work.
