Answer:	Sorry, but i only have used it once. We used it for a fish fry and did great! We feed about 30 people or more and had no problems.

Answer:	Depends on what you are going to fry. If you are going to fry any type of sea food like fish or shrimp you should change the oil before you use the fryer next time. if you fry other items other than seafood you can leave the oil in the fryer. You should definitely use peanut oil instead of canola oil or any other cooking oil. Peanut oil fry's your food better and it does not leave your food greasy taste. You can reuse you oil 3-4 times before changing the oil and cleaning your fryer. I love my little fryer it works great. I hope this is helpful to you and happy frying. Just remember that hot oil and water don't mix so when you're going to fry something make sure that you lower your basket of food real slow so the hot oil doesn't overflow and cause a fire.Bob

Answer:	It can fry quite a bit at once but you won't be able to fry 4lbs of chicken and 1lb of potatoes at once, but it holds a lot. I've cooked chicken breasts in it and depending on size you can get 4-6 in at once in the big frying basket. 1 lb of potatoes would go in the big basket just fine though.

Answer:	The tank, and the basket seem to do well in the dishwasher. I have not placed the lid in the dishwasher because it seems to do well with just wiping with warm soapy water. DO not use the lid during cooking! This is a deep fryer and any use of a lid may introduce water from steam to the oil causing a boil over of oil.

Something has to give here. If you plugged it in to an ordinary outlet, it should trip the breaker every time. That is unless this unit is not really 5000 watts. Simple mathematics.
